“I give it 5 stars mostly because it's the only laundry mat in Kingsport that actually leaves the bathroom unlocked so their customers can use restroom if need be.. I mean I get why the owners feel like locking it is best but they need to understand that as paying customers we should be allowed access to the bathroom.. Most of them started locking them up cause of homeless ppl using them to bathe in or do dope in..”

“They are working hard to keep this place clean and safe. Much improved since I was last here 2 years ago. There are some machines out of order, but they are well marked. I was able to wash my laundry and get in and out in a hour without a problem. Prices are higher than some places, but to have a safe spot with wifi, I’ll take it.”
“I could not be more pleased with the Cleaning Center!I had a few stains on a dress I had bought & needed it cleaned for a party asap!I sent it in Wednesday evening & got it back Friday morning! No one else could guarantee me that it would be done in time. Not only that but they removed all the stains. The lady I spoke to on the phone and in person was amazing and great customer service!
