Shelbe in the grooming department is just amazing with my furbabies. I recommend her to everyone that I know who has dogs. She is always so sweet and great with my two doggos, she does an excellent job on their grooming, and I just can't say enough great things about her. If you are looking for a wonderful groomer go see Shelbe!! ❤️

Vicki (Store 654) increased our visit to 28 minutes when she took 16 minutes going page by page through a new puppy owner booklet after this inconsiderate woman showed up. She had her Daisy Duke clad daughter hold the dog and her place in line. After we waited 8 minutes, that woman finally came with her buggy with more than 20 items and the booklet. Once that was over, the sweet lady that was next in line checked out her 4 items and we got our 5 bags of treats checked out and between the 2 of us, took a whole 3-4 minutes. Needless to say, both the open registers had lines all the way back to 3 rows from the back of that store. That’s ridiculous! Sure, if you’re slow, you can baby sit your customers but not on a busy day!! I’m going to get my stuff from Ingles and Food City going forward.

The people in the store are okay but the real help is in the groomer department. I came in with a situation that I needed help with, unrelated to the dog appointment but relevant to a groomer, and they did everything they could to help me. I give it up for these people, men and women. Thank you so much Amber! I'm sure you remember who I am.

Get my dogs nails done there, I always schedule a time, they are great w/ my dogs, especially since I have 1 large dog w/ anxiety & needs 2 people, they always are so nice & accommodating.
