“My girlfriend & I come to this store pretty often for all of her grandmothers needs; diapers, new bathroom addminitiees, and hygiene.
We recently purchased a new bathing chair, full 180° turn, and slides easily back and forth on tracks. Miss Doris loves her new bathing chair ? A well stocked & organized store, clean & tidey. The staff are always so kind, super helpful & items/products I need are easy to find.

“The best pharmacy! Best people, always helpful!! They compound, they help you with supplements, they carry high quality products, but never overcharge for RX. I drive past all the large chain drugstores on my 30min commute, but I don't care. Medicines being correct, employees who know their job, knowledgeable advice always available, and being treated with kindness & respect are the reasons I will continue to go out of my way. And the biggest reason I found was:For YEARS I paid my co-pay at CVS (Rexall, Rite-Aid & whatever else it was) $10, $30, etc. Some were $200+. I assumed that was how it worked. But at Mac's, I paid $2.30. (Just an example) Instead of charging me $10 or $30, my copay, they charged me the cost of the meds. Often MUCH lower than the copay! All these years I paid the extra with no question. CVS (Chain stores) pockets the difference. Between doctor & drug, insurance is killing us. Thank you small business pharmaceutical!!Mac's is the BEST”
“I absolutely love my neighborhood Walgreens. Only 2.4miles from my home. Staff are very courteous and more than willing to help you find the item you are looking for, and if they are out of it , they will guide you to the next best place to find it. I absolutely love the pharmacists, they work really hard to shorten your wait time, yet they have no problem to take their time and discuss any new medications with you and answer any questions you may have. Most importantly is we do not all have insurances with little to no copay. The specialists here make it a point to try to find you the cheapest price they can whether it being finding the right discount card for you, or finding you a cheaper pharmacy to fill it. I normally pay $166 at my regular pharmacy for one drug. Walgreens helped me find a really affordable discount card and ir was already in my profile and i didnt know it. But it made my medication ,$58 for the month instead of $166. With this i was most definitely pleased. And i have yet to have a bad experience at Walgreens. Keep Rocking Bloomingdale Walgreens”

“I recently moved to Kingsport for residency and found it stressful trying to get my medications filled here. Food City Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me, especially Dr. Diep. As someone who is still relatively young and hasn’t had much experience navigating transferring care like this before, I was incredibly overwhelmed. The staff here were not only efficient, but informative and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They truly took the time to explain what needed to be done, communicated clearly, and resolved all issues in a timely manner without making things harder than they needed to be. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to show she cares about our well-being. She is friendly and makes understanding complex information very easy. Deborah knows you as a person and wants the best for you. She goes the extra mile to help with prescription costs and makes certain medicines do not conflict or have harsh side effects. Deborah is a rare find. I highly recommend Deborah and the CVS pharmacy in Target at Kingsport.”

“I have lived in several states and this is one of the best pharmacy’s I have ever used. Both pharmacist and entire pharmacy staff are extremely kind, Knowledgeable, and very helpful. Highly recommend. These 5 stars are intended for the pharmacy only. I have had a front staff member act like I was stealing because My child was acting out so I opened a snack before paying for it, I had the whole box of open granolas in my cart while we waited on my medication. I planned to pay for it at the pharmacy, lol. Definitely wasn’t going to steal anything! She had me come up front and pay and made a big weird ordeal! So 4 stars for your actual store because of that experience.”

“I just wanted to leave this for the employees in the pharmacy. They ALWAYS return my call and help me when they can. My medication is a small dose controlled medication, I need it to sleep well as my back when I lie down gives me fits. On occasion my 30 day supply runs out on a holiday or when I am going to be out of town and these people have always been willing to work with me within a day or so to help me out and in one case got it transferred to where I was on a motorcycle trip. I get it, there are laws and they can't break them nor would I ask them to... But within their limits they have helped me a few times, case in point today, tomorrow being Thanksgiving when I am due to refill it.
As a company, yeah CVS blows and their automated system is the pits and it changes every month. But they have always returned my call within an hour or so.
To the humans that work at this branch... THANK YOU for helping me out today and happy Thanksgiving.”
