I ordered a large thin crust pizza from the App (for pickup) with pepperoni, mushrooms and GREEN OLIVES. I got green PEPPERS instead of green olives. The boneless chicken wings ordered were the size of small chicken nuggets (quality was terrible). The breadsticks were stone cold. This was all part of a “deal” offered on the App. When we got there to pick it up nothing was ready; it appeared that only 2 people were working. Everything is much more expensive and we decided to pick it up versus delivery because of the $4.99 delivery fee which isn’t a driver tip so with tip it was going to be ridiculously expensive. But after paying for that amount with tax you should expect your order to be correct. There wasn’t a crowd at the restaurant. We saw one car in the parking lot. I have ordered delivery from this store frequently and usually they are fairly good. This time was a total disappointment.

The Pizza Hut here in Kingsport, TN on Stewball Circle is the best! Always get the best service and the best food from them. Delivery of my order is always quite a bit ahead of schedule. Highly recommend this Pizza Hut!!!

I attended a birthday party here for a little toddler. The salad bar was very skimpy, not enough items to hardly make a salad. The lady working there, which I found out later was the owner, was a very rude person. She was using very bad language that shouldn't be used in front of adults, let alone children. I think she was upset because her employees wouldn't come in to work. Who would want to work for someone like her? Pizza Hut needs to do a better job venting who they let have their franchise.

I'm not even explaining this any more than I'll just never give this location money again. Nor will I ever tip their barely employable crew again. Ruined the last 48 hours of my life because someone wanted to give out spoiled boneless wings. Which I didn't even order. I ordered bone in, and like the decent human I am, overlooked the mistake and higher price I paid and moved on with life, only to get sick for 2 days.

Like every other restaurant the quality of food goes down hill!!!! We were there couple weeks ago and thought it was pretty good. Today it was terrible. I guess it depends on when you go and does the cooking.
