Started off not processing orders sent from doctors office. Took several visits to get them to even find the orders I watched get sent.After labs done, several weeks later still don’t have results. This wasn’t some difficult test. It was a simple lipid panel that takes very little to do.Tried calling the phone number to get results, there’s no option to get them. Want you to make an account online. Make account and results aren’t there. Call and use option for doctors they transfer me to patient line. Patient line goes them transfers me to another line once they finally answer and then transfer me to another one where I have been currently sitting on hold for more than an hour.

Everything was super easy and quick, from setting up an appointment to filling out information on line. Everyone there was so pleasant.. Overall a great experience..

Had a test done that required me to collect my urine for an entire day, keep it refrigerated then return it to lab. I arrived at the Quest lab on west stone and waited until a lab worker opened the door to let in a delivery man. I told her I just needed to drop off my sample but she said I had to check in at the automated sign in computer. When I did, I found out I had to make an appointment and the closest time would be in 2 hours. I came back at my appointed time but still had to wait for 3 people ahead of me. When they finally called my name, all they did was take the sample, check the paperwork that came with the sample and said I was good to go. I will never use Quest labs again. It was the most unsympathetic and callous experience I've ever had. Shame on your company for putting profit over the patients.

Horribly incompetent. I've been twice and both times they have provided wrong information. They want me to come back. Nope, just won't have the test my doctor ordered. I don't have time. Awful lab.

Customer service patient care get away from call center get calls going to local office. Get away from the automated check in not every body knows how to use computer. This is how our medical system is becoming broken. It's all about saving a dollar now day's but a dollar in CEO pocket.

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to on this. If I had the option of zero stars I would put it here. Horrible experience, staff was rude, harassing and racist towards me. Was laughing when they handed me the urine cup. Do not go here, the nurses need to be fired and disciplined.

horrible service ma come back twice because I was half hour early to my appointment. then made me wait another 50 minutes in thier lobby with people coughing. go else if you can. terrible customer services.

I've had regular labs done for the last 2 years here. I've never had a problem. I don't especially like the way they send bills, BUT I've always had a good experience and the staff are great.

The staff are not friendly don't like the way they have the bathroom where you leave the samples it doesn't feel secure at all .. also there some staff that like to stick you a lot when my veins hide and I am left alot bruises

Very clean, easily accessed office inside hospital. Efficient sign in. Cheerful and careful techs. Very good experience!!
