I had an issue with an item that I purchased recently at Ross in Kingsport TN. I was not very happy so I contacted CS regarding said issue on their website. Within 10 mins I received a call back from customer service and my issue was resolved wonderfully and in a timely manner. Thank you Ross for such great Customer service!!!

My experience is that this store is no longer good, the clothes are very expensive and the clothes are the same as always, there is no variety, there is nothing, that's why many people are buying online because it's cheaper.
