My shipment was actually delivered faster and safely than I expected .. there was movement on it within minutes after I dropped off but I had to call the terminal to get the actual Pro number since what I had was a temp pro number...great place and people to work with.

I emailed them in regards to a contract and they've yet to receive a reply.
