One star I wouldn't even give them a star but I want everybody to know about how they are. If you look like you don't have money they will treat you like your nothing. And Tasha is a lair that should be fired for the way she treats people. Andrea the manager needs to do her job. I'm getting ahold of the owner first thing in the morning.

Ridiculous. Three “stylists “ stood around talking with four people waiting. Got text I was up 20 minutes later still waiting. Left. Will make sure Kingsport knows the terrible service

I go in an hour before I have to go to work get signed in and sit there til 11:40 when they are calling back other guests that have come in AFTER ME. . Total inconvenience. Pay attention to what you’re there to do. Not socializing in the back. Total waste of my time and didn’t even get my hair cut before work.

Jenna gave my son his very first haircut! He’s not even two yet so you can only imagine how challenging it was, but she was so patient and kind with my sweet boy and gave him a great first cut. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Old school style walk-in the barber was very good and made sure my face and head didn’t have excessive razor numbs very professional cut and I was able to do cash app, but only thing in question is do all the barbers give that same quality cut??? Might have to find out on the next run

The haircut was nice but unfortunately the stylist seemed to have rushed me with my cut also with me having somewhat longer hair she wasn't very gentle combing it out an combing aggressive it made my scalp tender an sore then when she was blowdrying my hair she put it very close to my scalp witch was very hot an pretty unpleasant I may be back but I highly doubt it if so it would be awhile

They left my grandson who is very bashful and will not speak up for himself sitting in their lobby for more than an hour and a half before anyone ever acknowledged him and explained that he has to sign in it took more than 2 hours for him to get a haircut they must have thought he wasn't going to be a big tipper so all 3 women just ignored him

Verna or Vera thought it was more important to socialize with a different guest and other hairdressers then to pay attention to my child's haircut. It was absolutely nothing like we showed her and he was very upset when it came to picture day this morning. We won't be back.Service: Kids' cuts

I've taken my son here a number of times and this is the first issue I've had September 15th. I also cut boys/men hair but sometimes it's just easier to take them to get hair cuts. The young lady gapped my son's hair so bad that I had to take a #3 all around to fix it. She spiked it so I couldn't see how bad it was until after his shower last night. It's upsetting because picture day is around the corner. We both had hair cuts and the other stylist did a good job on my hair. The pady who did my son's hair had to of known how bad she messed up.. I came to get a haircut at 6:30 and was told they are all booked up till 8 with “online” sign ins. Some of us normal people don’t use the internet to schedule haircuts. We travel and have zero desire to give our email just so we can get nuisance emails. With a clear sign on the front that says walk in welcome obviously means you are second class.
