I went to pick up lunch today at 2:30 and I wish I would have gottwn the names of the women working, I had the best customer service I have had in a long time. They were so nice and made everything fast. The store looked clean and I was very impressed. This was not my first time at this location but today made me want to get my lunch from there much more often. Great job ladies! Thank you for making my day!

The service here is always very kind, quick, and neat. They go above and beyond meeting your sub expectations. Almost nothing falls out of the sandwich, making eating the sub super satisfying!

This happened just a few minutes ago. I walked in late, I know about 15 till 10. There was a guy in the lobby and a girl, eating a cookie, and another guy both behind the line. I wasn’t greeted or anything. The girl looks at the guy behind the line and says “you got this one, I’ve done everything else” the guy was very nice, I even apologized for coming in so late and he said it was no worry and made me feel welcomed as a customer. The girl behind the counter and the guy in the lobby disappeared once he greeted me and she didn’t show back up until my sandwich was done, asking him what kind it was, mind you I was the ONLY one in there besides the guy who was already in there. Guy was super nice and kind. He made my sandwich just as I asked. But the girl, who had blonde hair with blue around the front and glasses, she was not nice. She made me feel uncomfortable being there. Food was good. Guy was good. But girl needs to learn how to work in public service. Coming from someone who has done so for a good portion of my life, I was appalled. Especially eating behind the line. I’m glad he made my sandwich. I wouldn’t want her to touch anything.

The employees here are actually the worst I've ever experienced at any subway, ever. Taking their shirts off, moping around, and looking generally unclean. It's insane actually.

Went and ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and the bread was so tough it was like trying to chew shoe leather and the other sandwich was made completely wrong will probably not visit that subway again I haven’t had such poor service in years

Store sign said they opened at 9:00amI got to the store at 9:25am to find the lights on, but the door locked. I tried calling Subway Corporate number to complain, but couldn't get through. Next complaint is to the Better Business Bureau.

This store has really went down the drain. Went in today and ordered a total of 5 footlongs. The young lady working was a train wreck. The young man working acted lost on what to do. This is sad because I have eaten this location several times as I live in the community and my oldest daughter worked here for a few years roughly 10 years ago. This is a simple fix for the owner and Manger. Hopefully training will be in order for these two young people.

Had to order through door dash. They got the sandwiches wrong. And won't answer their phone when I call to try and get it resolved.
