Has to be the worst Suntrust to do business with. Had 3 accounts with them, had enough of it and closed them all. The lady that serviced the closing of my last account was very rude. Every time I have been at this location I have seen another customer come in to complain.

I paid $36 2 weeks before o stop payment on a company suntrust let it go through anyway causing my account to OD. When I called and spoke to Pheobe she was extremely rude and didn't take it off nor did she give me my OD fee back as promised. I never got to talk to the branch manager as promised. I had to file claim to get my money back. This is the worst bank ever with the rudest people. I'll be opening another account with nicer people

I used them several years ago. Good bank. Bad part I was paying attention to my money and had OD fees. Resolved the issues, bit my accounts closed because of the problems I caused not balancing and managing my money.

I just opened this account 10 days ago I live an hour and a half away from the bank because I just moved I am still waiting on my PIN number 10 days later needing to get into my account not to mention when I went to the bank a week ago to get money they acted like it wasn't even my own money do not bank here it is a bad Bank

Should have closed the account sooner they charge you for Everything you want a paper copy of your account $15 you want to check your balance $$ then they closed down all the banks now you have to go to Kingsport or Johnson City Definitely Not for the people who like to save money

I have had nothing but issues. I changed my address with them and canceled my card. I ordered a new one with them that same day. The card was sent to the new address but the pin was sent to the old address. When I called to question this, they then said they couldn't change the address until the other person on the account was present. Which is fine, but why did they send my card to an address that they couldn't update in their system due to their own policy?

This bank will hold a legitimate check for for 7-10 days and they are extremely rude In the Kingsport Branch.
