To be clear, the staff here are EXCELLENT!! T-Mobile’s “free $1000 off phone” promotion is a SCAM! They wanna charge me $80 extra a month for 24 months, which means I pay $1920 more over 24 months to get a “free $1000 off phone” which is about $600 MORE than the phone costs!! I even offered to add my wife’s line to my already 3 lines that I have. I have been a Sprint customer for over 20 years and Sprint’s offering for upgrades or free phones was always on the up and up. If you were eligible for their offering you go it, without drastic extra expenses. Sure you had to pay for a phone but you were NOT offered a “free phone $1000 off” and charged you more than the phone was worth over the course of 24 months. Supposed promotion is to get more of your money out of your wallet than they currently do. If it truly was up to $1000 off, then my phone would have cost me about $200. Which I happily would have paid. But they require me to switch plans that cost me more than the phone is worth and after the “Free $1000” phone is paid off my bill is still HIGHER than it currently is by $50 bucks. I am paying for 3 lines. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I dont need or want your “free” Hulu, Netfilx, Towing options that dont last as long as I have to pay for the 24 months “free” phone. T-Mobile’s policies are making the staff look bad. No question it’s T-Mobile’s policies and definitely NOT any of the staff I have talked to. I tried at the store, chat, website, and the app. But yep, the “free phone up to $1000” is gonna cost me $600+ more than the phone is worth……. I gonna go see what the other carriers offer!!! You guys are losing potentially 4 lines and internet service.

I was with T-Mobile for over a decade. Their customer service has come and gone over the years. It's currently atrocious. They bounce you back and forth between the call centers in India and the store. Nothing ever gets resolved. I left and went to Mint Mobile. Same towers, less money and problems. I would NEVER go back.

..Buyer Beware ! Most if not all of the big name phone companies have a store. Inside the store; the business is geared to selling phone service and telephones; a few carry accessories. ..T Mobile is no different. The phones the company have sold me and the phone service are all set up to benefit the telephone company; not me, the consumer. .. All of the phones I have purchased from T Mobile have one thing in common, they stop working or are not functioning after a few months. In short, the company has a very obvious plan to get you back in the store, quite soon, to buy another phone. This is a business plan and it's a huge part of their store traffic. ... All of the phone companies offer 'plans.' The plan they have is better known as 'how much can they get away with; often called a shake down of customers ( bank accounts ). The store never posts their different level of consumer options for phone service. *** In addition, the lowest priced plan is never mentioned in a casual conversation with any agent.*** The plans are neatly tucked away on the internet; where a person must know beforehand what is and what isn't, or they are at the mercy of the store clown. ... Sound familiar? Buyer Beware; you're getting what is known as the 'all in one source' or the 'one stop shopping' experience. The buyer is paying for the convenience; out of the wallet and into their corporate earnings. .. BUYER BEWARE..

Jason C and Buck went above and beyond to get my phone working. It was a total of two days that my iPhone 14 would not activate. when we were just trying to do a simple upgrade from iPhone 11 to iPhone 14 Jason C stayed late until 1045. Just trying to get it to work. Then jason C and buck discovered the issue was in the back office and nobody was approving my activation, an eSIM and they had to delete my old number start me on a new number and then switch back to my old number. I just wanted to let you know this is one of the best T-Mobile stores i have ever been 2 and will never go to any other store again there the best Buck and Jason C are both amazing at what they do they have awesome customer service skills I look forward to being another Another 9 years with them as a customer thanks again Jason C And Buck

Expensive!I wanted to buy a glass protector and a case, but even the case[ clear, regular Ole case] was $30!. And the glass protector is an extra $40!? No thanks! Walmart had the glass protector for $12, but didn't have the case, which with any 15yr old, is a must!

I had stopped by to look at the new Galaxy phones. But found that, although they are only too happy to give new subscribers a fancy phone, if you have been with T-Mobile for OVER 20 YEARS, as I have, there are no real offers available for you and you would be better off changing carriers. That's the kind of customer service offered now.

You always have to wait too long to get any help. And staff sometimes don't seem very helpful.

Having problems with service and t-mobile sais there is nothing they can do because we are sprint. They have been merged for over 3 years and can't fix their service issues. My advice is to seek service elsewhere!
