Gamer Merch. Retro Games. Retro Consoles. They even hold events for people to play card games in the back. They will buy your trading cards and games for a fair amount. I managed to buy an awesome Omnimon figure from them. And when I couldn't figure out how to assemble it, the staff were nice enough to do it for me. The staff are very chill, like a bunch of gamer bros to say the very least. Honestly, I cannot sing enough praise about this place.”

“The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They often have good suggestions when you want to try a different author. Plus, they've had the books/authors I enjoy reading. My grandchildren also enjoy browsing and finding their next anime acquisition.”

“For the longest time, I was convinced this was the only GameStop anywhere close to where I lived but upon visiting this place, I was shocked to find out it isn't. This place is bigger than your standard GameStop. It has all the gamer merch you would come to expect from a GameStop. Originally the only real complaint I had was the hours of operations. It opens up at 12PM (when most GameStops open by 10AM) and depending on the day of the week, it closes by 6PM/7PM/9PM which is really early. This was going to be enough to reduce this to a 4 star rating before I found out there's actually another GameStop with normal hours in the City area of Kingsport. With this one of course not being located in the City area. So on that regard, I can excuse it. All and all, I don't really have anything negative I can say about it. It's your standard GameStop which, can't go wrong with that.EDIT: Honestly I feel like they are closed more then they are open. Today I attempted to pay a visit to kill some time before Happy Hour at the Sonic. It was within the business small window of operating hours. As I'm walking to the store, I see them closing up the shop. I see on the door there's a note of We'll be right back. It shows from when to when they will be gone. They were closing shop before the time they were going to be closed is. Despite not being in the main city, the operating hours of this store is a major inconvenience. If you are expecting to have more business at your store, I would highly suggest you start by changing your business hours. You open on most days at 12 PM. Most business are opening anywhere from the time frame between 6 AM and 10 PM. I'm not 100% certain, but I want to say the other stores in that little shopping strip open before you do and stay open longer then you do.”

“This is my absolute favorite store they are always so kind and have good deals on items I've never left disappointed I've only ever bought items from here never tried to sell anything didn't realize that was an option I'll keep that in mind the only downside is having to put stuff in bags to carry around but it makes sense not having much space but I always recommend this store? please come to Bristol we need a good store we don't have one here and sometimes it's not easy for me to go to Kingsport but I make the drive once a month because it is worth it so thank you for being the best around”
