Terrible customer service! Went to drop off an Amazon return and the girl behind the counter on July 30th, who I happened to find out from another worker on Saturday August 2nd, was actually the assistant manager! Amazon clearly states on the return that UPS will pack, box, and ship an Amazon return at no cost to the customer, not according to the twitt behind the counter. We have had to make two trips for one package. Do not use the Kingsport UPs store!

My package was received at this store on June 13 and then disappeared. The package was never checked in at the Bristol Hub. When I called on the 21st the person on the phone said hed about 4-5 calls that week about missing packages. Manager was very unhelpful. Blamed it on the Bristol Hub but the last scan of the package was in Kingsport.

Air packages, specifically on Saturday, are not being picked up the day of drop off even before drop off cutoff time. Really annoying. For 2 years and they won't do anything about it.
