I have to give these fine folks five stars for finding my stolen package. The Courier delivered brought it to my house personally, after finding that the person who had taken it out of my mailbox had tried to put it back since the package barely had value to anyone but me.
Thanks again for being so diligent and communicative with this issue!

This is the worst post office off of center street. They are closed from 12-2 pm. I came in another day and they are closed from 12-215. Today they are closed from 12-2:25pm. This is awful and poor service to the community. Just shirt down.

Absolutely horrid customer service. Matter of fact, the customer service is non existent. They act like they have no one above them to speak to. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY OF YOUR USPS NEEDS.There are plenty of other USPS locations in Kingsport … avoid this specific one.

The only saving grace of this Post Office that avoids a 1-star rating is its convenient location. Otherwise, I'd be happier to use a self-service kiosk / drop-box (which they do not have) than deal with the crumby, sluggish, unprofessional and rude service. The ones on Eastman Road and Colonial Heights are far better than this.

This is literally the worst post office ever. They are never open their doors are always locked I always have to go to the other side of town to ship my packages it’s getting ridiculous. If you aren’t gonna be open you should at least post a sign on the outside door or change your hours on Google.

Carrier left note to trim branches, I did as he asked. He still passing me up, 3 days now. My wife's check is on that truck and we rely on getting our paychecks on time. Very unprofessional, very dissatisfied! If my truck fits under this branch so does his!!!

I’m in here probably once a month. The same guy is always working the desk.... alone... always. He’s very efficient, answers questions and gets the job done. Even with a line, wait times arent too bad.

1st of all. When something says DO NOT BEND. Maybe you shouldn't bend it. Second. To whoever decide to just throw my package over the fence just because my dogs where outside. Thanks. They chewed it up. I guess you where real scared of that little puppy that you couldn't just walk in and put it in the mail box.

This is a joke. 1 hour wait times. No call for that. I called at 3:45 waited till phone shut off because they closed. So you have people holding and because they close it makes it ok to not answer all the calls. Not including the mail driver cant seem to drop my packages off at my house. He can deliver mail but not packages really

one of the two mail men that walks my route walks past my house EVERY SINGLE TIME. then when i call to complain i get stuck talking to a stupid automated system that talks too much. just to he told i have to sit there for another HOUR to talk to a real person. this is ridiculous (: thanks.
