“Of all the Rocky Top stores in the tri-cities, my favorite by far is the Kingsport location. Parker, Derek and Brooke are very accommodating and friendly from start to finish. They have great recommendations and knowledge about the industry, and that's something you don't tend to find anymore. Derek assisted me in finding some new cream- based flavors, which we both happen to love, and I am grateful I can get such good customer service from this crew!”

“Went there today for the first time. Not sure what the woman's name was but she was awesome. I only had plastic and with tax and everything it would have come up to more than I wanted to spend, she let me leave with nothing more than my word that I will be back with her money. I will return tomorrow to pay her the money I owe and she has definitely got herself a new customer.”

“So what about their packaging be adults and put your juice up away from your kids and pets. The kids don't need to see your ejuice anyways. As far as theft goes I was never informed on this.. however the juice created is very tasty and that's why they would get my money for making good flavors.”
