The last two times here, I have been treated horribly. The pharmacists just dismiss you when you ask a question. You better hope you don't have a problem, because they will not offer a solution. They sold me a leaky prescription bottle. I returned 5 minutes after picking it up, and they refused to exchange or refund it. They said it was not their problem the bottle was leaking and told me to contact the manufacturer in Belgium. It's no wonder that hundreds of Walgreens are closings.

I would give them 0 stars if I could , wait times in drive thru are ridiculously too long , then you get to the window to finally be told you have to wait longer on a script they got hours ago , never again!!

I recently visited Walgreens in Kingsport, TN and I have to say, it was a bit of a disappointing shopping experience. The store was understaffed, which made it difficult to get assistance or check out in a timely manner.
The selection of products was okay, with a variety of items available for personal and health needs. The prices were quite reasonable, which made for a good value for the money.
On the downside, the store was somewhat disorganized and not as clean as other stores in the area. The understaffing was also a major issue, as there were long lines at the checkout and it was difficult to get assistance.
Overall, while Walgreens in Kingsport, TN has a decent selection of products and reasonable prices, the understaffing and disorganization makes for a disappointing shopping experience. If you're in need of personal or health items, it may be worth considering other stores in the area with better staffing and organization.

Other than it seems the system between Walgreens and the doctor's office needs to be updated, it's a good place!

I absolutely love this specific Walgreens especially the pharmacy. The staff in store and at the pharmacy have always Always been a great help for myself and situation's. The pharmacy is always willing and ready to do everything possible to help me with my prescriptions and/or answer any questions that I may have. I have been using this specific Walgreens for over a year now and I can honestly say I have only had 2 unpleasant experiences. But we all have bad days rough days even at work!!! They were very quick to correct the situation with full accountability and very apologetic. Besides the 2 silly incidents I have had great experiences each time here. Always waited on in a quick manner very polite respectful smiling and kindness. This is honestly the ONLY Walgreens I've found so far that I can walk into and NOT FEEL JUDGMENT or SHAME. So that to me is definitely the best. I refuse to feel my prescriptions ANYWHERE ELSE!!

this is the slowest pharmacy drive thru I have ever dealt with...I don't understand why I sit in this line for 30 minutes waiting for people to drive through and pick up ..if it's not ready tell them to go wait...holy crap... y'all need better people or a better system...so annoyed

I went to the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. The people working it are always fast & friendly. They also go out of their way to answer any questions you my have about anything. That's why I give them 5 stars
