“Shopping here is SO fun! They have a little of everything-- clothes for all ages, shoes, toys, decor, random stuff. They have nice spacious fitting rooms, bathrooms, and a changing table. If you bring in stuff to trade, they are super quick to look at it!”

Luckily the lady working there found the items my wife wanted in less than 2 minutes and I really appreciated her help. “The staff is ALWAYS helpful, to speak of one I think is part time, Tina brown was so helpful recently shopping for Christmas gifts I had the luck to have her help me finding more than I was looking for, lol. But it was $well spent. And I believe Kelly? supervisor? Was understanding as I took up her time in finding things i wanted. Teams like these lady's are out dated in a world in such a hurry. I overheard a clerk tell someone else who entered, so I know its achoice when they had 3-4 visible staff by the registers. (Sorry pet peeve)
The store is well lit, nicely displayed merch, lots of changing rooms. Shoes are a little high but I went for the jean selection. Even got 2 NWT & a carhart jean olus a wallet, everything looks in great condition.
When i got up to the cashier the girl helping me was friendly. I waited behind a person who then went behind the counter to fold clothing but no one said the register wasn’t open - some staff seemed a bit put off vibe - weird but whatever.
I’m only in the area 4-6x a yr and will hit my fav stores to find deals. This was #2 of 3 stores within 5 mins of each other and I’m happy with my finds.
Besides lack luster staff interaction at the beginning, I’ll still go back cause I like their jean selection & prices.”

“What an amazing small business located in Downtown Kingsport! They showcase lots of local businesses and vendors in this area and it is AWESOME! Great place for new clothes, candles, and fun accessories. BUT they also have the best employees ever, the nicest people to chat with, and we love getting to know them!”
