I am sick and tired of not getting mail delivered. I don't know what's going on there but it's becoming a huge problem. Important mail doesn't get delivered on days it says it will on the informed delivery. So now we have bills in collections because I never received them. Something needs to be done.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This office has the WORST mail delivery I have ever experienced in my 50 Yrs on the planet. The delivery person NEVER and I do mean NEVER attempts to deliver any certified mail to our home ever. She will leave an attempt to deliver slip in the box when never attempting to leave her vehicle and have us sign. We work from our home and have seen this with our own eyes now 3 times! Today she has no delivered a package to our neighbor for the 5th or 6th time when having delivered other mail to our house. I have no idea why this happens but it does consistently. This office needs to be completely restaffed. Our tax dollars are being thrown out the window on this operation as usual. That is why we personally use UPS or FED EX when shipping ANYTHING!!!!!!

Walked into the tiny indoor space with four people crammed in and only myself wearing a mask. Employee was not wearing a mask at all. We have Covid numbers higher than any other time in America and I work around very at risk people. A family friend died this weekend of Covid. It makes me extremely angry and frustrated that I’m not able to get what I need from the post office because people are extremely stupid and willing to put everyone around them at risk.

My postal delivery person has never had an issue putting packages on my front porch. However this week I’m getting a pre-filled out slip stating the packages cannot be left in a secure location even though I am home and they’ve not attempted to even knock on the door and these packages do not require any type of signature. And the worst part is you can’t even contact the post office directly.

I've been coming in here for 10 years. I only come in once a year or so if I am in the area. I get the same lady everytime, and she has a problem with me everytime. Today she was agitated that I didn't set my already-prepared priority mail packages on the counter. I just wanted to make sure everything was OK - there was no line to take care of. Next thing - she asked me why I was shipping there if I am from Franklin (the guy at Pegram has asked me that, too - Bellevue, where I go weekly for 15 years now, never has a problem with me, and is always friendly. I only live 8 min from Bellevue and maybe 12-15 min from Kingston Springs and Pegram - having a Franklin address does not mean I live in historic downtown, I am actually closer to these post offices. And even I am not closer - so what? Isn't my business appreciated no matter where I am from? The post office is on the verge of bankruptcy and these employees' jobs hang in the balance, so you would think they would appreciate all the business they can get!!

Typical small town post office, conveniently located near I-40, with friendly staff and patrons. Would be 5 stars except for the very bumpy parking lot.
