“Well, they’ll know exactly who this is, and I hope they don’t treat my sis n law any differently because I don’t like them.I bought $165 worth of flowers from them a week and a half ago.4 days later they, most, all but possibly 7 plants have leaf rot.The two impatience I bought were and still are in their pots. One might make it, the other one I believe is a goner.The disease is trying to take over the other plants that they’re potted with, ( not the Impatience , the others ) so obviously I have to separate them.I’m so totally bummed because my sis law RAVES about this place and while there, we were treated nice and everything went fine.However after calling them and pretty much them saying ,” Oh’well sorry about your luck “ I’m a little disappointed and a little angry.I took a bunch of pictures in hopes that they’d ask to see what I was referring to, but they did not.Even Walmart has a warrantee / guarantee on their flowers.I won’t go back.So I bid you all good luck in your purchases and I hope you don’t incur this same trouble.I added pictures to show the bad AND the good.EDIT:I have been in contact with the owners and I go there tomorrow to chat and fix what happened.They have been EXTREMELY kind and the only reason I’m leaving the initial review is to help other people to know, that just because an employee serves / treats you unfair, a “ review “ could possibly get the “ owners “ attention and help fix the issue.I dislike leaving bad reviews. A lot. Unfortunately sometimes it’s necessary.I’m grateful to Nick & Helen for all the positive correspondence!See you tomorrow.EDIE * EDIT*I must say I feel so guilty.Helen the owner is just ADORABLE!She gave me a few things and I also bought a few things.I’ll be back next year.Thank you Helen.”
