Website says it’s open 24 hours. Door was locked with employee inside. I had to find another place for a bathroom break.

They don’t have a bathroom. And the pumps are extraordinarily slow. So we will never come back here again. There’s plenty to choose from choosing a bad one. It’s not necessary.

Very rude cashier charged my buddy's carded was charged twice for a Pop tart and then when we realized we went back in we confronted her she didn't believe us and and said she would have to ring us up again for another one and said she would call the cops if we took one with her ringing it up again even though she rang up two and we only got one. Worst experience I have ever had. Need to be taught how to treat construction people with respect and not think everyone is a thief or a lier maybe check your camera next time

One star is being extremely generous. Tried to stop into store on my way home from work (about 1230a local time) with every light inside the store and at gas pumps on. Clerk came up to me before I was even completely out of my car and demanded I leave because she just locked up the store (I was under the impression the store was open because of the lights combined with the fact it was a 24 hour store at one time). When I asked the clerk when the store started closing at midnight, clerk threatened to call the local police on me for trespassing. Will not be visiting this location any time soon.

My family,friends & myself have been using this Shell for several yrs. I was taken aback the other day when I heard the cashier (older blonde lady with glasses) tell 3 different customers that was asking about the girl that used to work during the day (dark haired younger girl...i THINK her name was Destiny) she was on suspension til further notice. She told a FULL story to these customers about how Destiny should've known better and what happened. (Don't want to say exactly what this lady was saying about the young girl Destiny...it was VERY disrespectful) I think it's HORRIBLE,disrespectful & defamatory!

This was our home gas station. All employees knew us. We would go in multiple times a day. Now one bad employee has ruined it for us. We will not be back. She is absolutely CRAZY! When she stops working there they will get our business again...which is about 150/200$ a week!

This Shell is very nice. Bathroom is always kept clean. Has the best prices on cigarettes & dip. The guy who works during the morning, Jake always has a smile and greets everyone coming in door.

You want find any better service at a convenient store in Kingston then here at the Rocky Top Market on Morrison Hill. Excellent customer service always friendly staff and very clean environment
