I have never had a problem at this post office, but have not gone inside in some years. I have a package to mail and am unsure about doing it after seeing so many bad reviews. I have never had a problem getting my mail. I would think that with the current Government Administration wanting to get rid of the post offices altogether, they would provide great service if they don't want to be out of a job. I will check out Fed Ex or other alternative. So sad, I have a friend who works for the post office in another city and he does a great job and everyone he comes in contact with thinks he is great.

Where do I even begin with this place. Store employees RUDE, all except for the older delivery driver RUDE and incompetent. One of the female drivers always leaves my mailbox open when it rains leaving my mail soaked/ruined and unreadable. I asked her not to leave it open and she got all pissy and told me it’s not her job to close the door, only to deliver mail which brings me to this next item. If their job is to deliver mail doesn’t that include delivering it to the correct address? Not to mention their job is to deliver yet, I have a package that’s been in their office for 6 days, one for 9 days and one that I just ordered was dropped off at my door. How?!? No point in talking to the postmaster he’s the reason his employees think it’s ok to act the way they do.

It's bad enough that I have to deliver my neighbors mail to them on a regular basis, but now my delivery person is leaving my mail laying out in the open so it can blow away and get rained on. I have a perfectly good mailbox for my mail to go in. USPS ain't what it used to be.

Over the past few weeks we have had parcels go missing despite saying they were delivered, I am home all day along with my father in law, they were indeed NOT delivered. Now today I had a parcel set to deliver and at the last min because of the rain you stated you “attempted delivery” but my mailbox was full…..it was not. I had just checked it and it was completely vacant, as well as the package was too large to fit in my mailbox. Obviously the person delivering my parcel decided because it’s raining they didn’t want to drive up my driveway I guess. It’s just really sad and pathetic how poor business models and meeting an expectation with your customer has become. Thanks USPS I am so glad I pay for scheduled delivery.

This is pathetic: so my wife was there today and the woman that was in front of her was a type 1 diabetic so she has to constantly check her sugar. Well her supplies comes through the mail well whoever her mailman is told her to the post office to get her supplies well she does and the guy at the counter refused to look for her package so she kept on trying to get her insulin supplies. Well the guy at the counter called the cops on this woman and forced her to leave. This man should be ashamed of himself and should have been fired in my opinion because type 1 Diabetes is nothing to play with

I haven’t had mail for almost two weeks because they said they have no one to deliver it! I’ve never heard something so ridiculous in my life!!! How do you not have anyone to deliver our mail! I’ve been waiting for my packages since he 12th… there’s no since in this!!

I love our Kingston Tennessee post office and the usps shipping. They are amazing as is everyone that works there.our post office delivery man come to our door and knocks on it if he can't get our packages in our mailbox. They are fantastic

Worst possible service I have ever received from the postal service. I can understand inclement weather but the roads were cleared three days ago, I haven't received mail in 11 days! Two weeks ago the carrier didn't show up for the job. Next day there was just too much volume to deliver in one day. That was the excuse from the Kingston branch.

I’ve never met a more rude bunch of people! I work for the county and have to work alongside the USPS often, and most at this branch are very rude. I only give a 3 star rather than 1 to redeem the few there that have been friendly to me. Other than that, the facility is nice and clean and there are plenty of supplies to purchase. Not much to say other than that really.

I had the worst experience at this location. The guy that works the front is so very rude. All we did was ask when the mail person will be back to bring our mail and he said we probably won’t get mail til February and then he looked at me and said they’re not hiring??? I never even asked if they were… he’s just so very disrespectful.! I already had a bad experience with him 2 years ago and had to call the postmaster. Get it together USPS!!! Watch who you hire and be more respectful to your customers!!!!
