Pilot Travel Center , and doesn't have parking for trucks.. what kind of travel center is this? all night driving to get to a truck stop that doesn't have accommodations for trucks.. unbelievable.. WORST PILOT EVER!!!

It's embarrassing to me the way Pilot employees seem to consistently have a chip on their shoulders. I am a Knoxville area native and the image they are putting out there is negative. I had issues consistently around Knoxville. I will say that the Pilot at 140 and Northshore is consistently clean and friendly.

tried to spend around 40$ on fuel and various things but the girl at the register said they couldn't provide me with any change. they take in more $ than the local banks, i dont know who they think they are kidding. it's fine though, I'll just go elsewhere from now on.
