So I ordered my stuff last week on 3/13/24 the stuff I ordered got to the store today on 3/19 I get a call from the store wanting my card information and when I get paid I give them the information thinking they gonna deliver my stuff within a day or 2 but no they proceed to tell me they are booked up and can’t deliver the stuff I ordered til 8 more days which is also when they want the first payment smh this is insane to me there is no reason my stuff should have to sit at the store down the street from me for 8 whole days wish I had never ordered anything from Aaron’s I’ll never do this again I swear

I will never be purchasing anything from any Aaron's ever again. We bought a couch and chair set a couple years ago, had it paid off by the next year but all in all we spent over $2000 on this couch and chair. 3 months after paying it off, something breaks and one side of the couch now has to have a pillow under the cushion to keep it at the same level as all the other cushions. Fast forward to today and that side of the couch is completely broken now. We flip it over to see if it's fixable with some nails, the plywood in the front is completely shattered because there are over 20 staples in a inch area. 20! So we look around some more and find that this whole couch is being held together by nothing but STAPLES! and it's not just a couple in one spot, there are so many areas where it was like someone had gotten trigger happy with the staple gun. This is completely not worth the $2000 that we spent and if I ever hear anyone trying to suggest going to Aaron's to buy anything, I'll be letting them know it is overpriced and not worth the time and effort. Period! With the amount of money we paid, we could have bought the stuff to make it and it would last forever. Not two years. Its shameful that they think it's okay to be charging the amount of money that they do.

I liked this place up until a few weeks ago when we started getting harassing phone calls from the same employee named Nicole it was her Everytime being rude, unprofessional, and lying and I'm sure we aren't the only ones, she even admitted that one of the days she called being rude was because she was having a bad day that day, lol who calls good customers to be rude to because they are having a bad day I assume everyday is a bad day for her. For example I called Saturday to make a payment and she wanted to threaten that I would be getting a call from a manager because I missed the payment the week before but the following Monday I get a call from her saying my payment was declined (which it was not I have proof) guess the manager didn't want to call and bug a good customer then she lies and said I promised to make another payment that Monday which was another lie, to be honest I'm not sure why they allow her to call customers.

I liked this place up till a few weeks ago when someone named Nicole started working at the Broadway location in Knoxville,Tn because she has done nothing but harass, be rude and very unprofessional and lie on top of everything else, wondering if I am the only one receiving rude phone calls from her?

Stay away from this place and Brady is scum and completely dishonest. We went in excited to purchase a washer and dryer paid and signed with no hesitation. Brady Assured us he whould deliver new washers and dryers on time as we just moved out of state. And got a new place and needed to get laundry done. Poor delivery guy had to deal with pissed off consumers to boot be cause of his pos ways.
Instead of being content do laundry tonight. we now have to spend all night in the laundromat. You just lost the sale, lost more business trying to pull a quick one and then to boot try and take Advantage of a woman. It's sad what people do to try and get over on people. I hope your thumb gets infected so you learn not to mess with people and honesty is the best policy. 😉 we have a whole house to furnish. Not with you. You'd be fired if you worked for me playing that one out. You should do what your favorite football player did retire.

Thought they were good til I got a bed set with no mattress. Have to pay more money just to get one, still sleeping on my floor. Disappointing.

DO NOT rent from these people. If something happens to your stuff they'll give you the run around and still not help you... The Aaron's club is another way for them to rep you off.. Go to another store. Like Rent a center..

I have been dealing with Aarons for over a year they have been absolutely wonderful especially Ashley and Jarrett I haven't had a single problem except something was wrong with our PlayStation but they took it back they sent it off got it fixed and gave me a loaner while ours was being fixed they work with you so you don't lose your stuff and help you so you can pay it off and have ownership I love Aaron's on Broadway.

Ashley and Brad were so great.. I had a terrible experience at the Aaron's in Sevierville, so I went to the Broadway location and they offered me solutions and assistance and made me feel much better about the entire situation. 10/10 customer service and will recommend this location to anyone searching for furniture.

The staff at the broadway location are super rude, they hang up in your face. Not to mention they automatically take money from your account before the due date without being authorized to do so. We have told them numerous times we don’t agree with automatic payments and they say they have turned off automatic payment but still end up taking the money. We pay our payments on time every month but still we have nothing but trouble. One month, they took 2 payments out and argued with us when we had to call and get the double payment refunded back to our account. We will NEVER do business with Aaron’s again. That whole broadway location needs all new staff who aren’t rude!

This location states on all websites that it closes at 7:00PM. We arrived at 6:45 (because people have jobs that end at 6:30) just to find the doors closed. We needed to update payment information so that this company could continue to collect payments, but I suppose this is part of the larger plan to scam middle class workers out of their money, to charge late fees. The woman was inside looking at us through the glass pane to the right and did not even bother to come to the door. I placed two calls to the store and they were ignored. I called corporate and it was also ignored. All of these events can be seen on their security cameras. We will definitely be spreading the word that this business does not care about its' customers.
