Only because I couldn't give a 0 first of all we tried with my info first and ended up having to use my husband's and then my bank account got signed into next day change my passwords and everything and then they took the money out of my account instead of my husband's this is a very shady business don't recomend this place

I went into the store and spoke with Val who helped with a money order I needed. She rocks every single time I go there. The manager Diana came by to see how I was doing and she is always pleasant. I think her name was Christy? She was in the store and came over and to give my granddaughter a lollipop. I like going to Advance Financial rather than the other ones because everyone is just so amazing. I've had bad experiences with Cash Express and others but I have never had an issue that couldn't be handled at Advance Financial.

Called to handle my husbands account, after being verified on the account 7x. Still not verified and still won’t allow me to handle it. So I ask what can he bring in to officially verify me on the account so we can stop going through this, and she wouldn’t tell me. They’re rude, don’t generalized information. And to clarify, I asked for generalized questions to find out what is needed to be verified on an account to discuss situations and I was basically told they can’t tell you what information to bring in. This is also after the fact that they took my debit card for several thousand dollars with no issue and have my ID on file from taking it. Overall, I don’t think they’re concerned with getting paid back, they seem more concerned with being ignorant. Will definitely be closing my husbands account as soon as we pay it off. Fees are too high and the customer service is garbage. FYI, I called this store. Whether I spoke to anyone at the store or if I rerouted to customer care at corporate, I don’t know.
