AWESOME experience...I had a new bed (mattress and base) delivered. The delivery team could not have been more professional or nicer. They made sure everything was kept clean and they took all of the packing materials with them. Efficient and pleasant - above and beyond in today's world.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Beyond excellent customer service. Daniel and Gavin arrived at the exact time they called previously and set up which was important to us. They went above and beyond. They set up the display case they delivered even though they were just required to deliver it into our building. They were friendly, professional and courteous to our patients they encountered in our waiting room. I definitely recommend them.

I recommend anyone needing Courier Service give them a call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. What a nice group of people!?! Very professional. Wonderful experience from beginning working with Allison, Mike, and Marie, to the great customer service calls they gave throughout the delivery process all the way through to the delivery completed by a very professional courteous delivery driver! They even stored my delivery in their secure Warehouse until I was ready to receive it!

My organization waited over a month trying to get someone to pickup a Server Cabinet on the second floor of our light commercial building. We worked with Seko to schedule a pickup through maybe the fourth vendor and were very happy to receive a call from dispatch yesterday from Alpha Courier Solutions that they will send two people for a hands off move for the cabinet we had so much trouble returning. Today we had Daniel and Michael professionally sign in and immediately went straight to work to review what needed to be done and they took the initiative that this is not a problem. They were very impressive with being okay with carrying the cabinet down the flight of stairs, made sure we didn't accidently leave anything. Offered to assemble everything at their large warehouse distribution center and we spoke about their established and growing business. Very impressed with them and will definitely use them for our office move at the end of the first quarter in 2019. I especially liked speaking to Michael about how the organization is looking at improving efficiencies and the wide spectrum of services they offer. World class service from a world class organization. Intelligent, professional, and highly would recommend them to anyone needing services completed at the speed of business.
