I have always had the best experience with American Freight on Lovell Road in Knoxville TN. I have worked with them since about 2018. The manager, Pj has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we leave happy and informed. I have not went to another furniture store since I found this location.

We bought a mattress in October. After 3-4 month shape changes appeared in the middle on each side, as a result we had pain in the back and bad sleeping.After inspection they decided that the warranty doesn’t cover it.Anyway, choose different place for mattress.P/S the staff was friendly during the purchase process…

First time coming here and was very much pleased! The dude with the green hair (Mika I think) was very helpful and was patient with me as I'm a indecisive shopper and ask alot of questions. I feel I got a great deal and plan on coming again for future purchases!

Absolutely phenomenal service! I came in with not a single bit of knowledge or direction of what I was really looking for...God I hate shopping... but thanks to the very well spoken gentlemen with the green mohawk (Michael? Mitchell?) I made it through in one piece in no time at all with what is easily my favorite furniture I've ever owned. Even the wife likes it!That young man may have actually saved my marriage this Christmas ??

I'm not sure which is better, the customer service or the new furniture we got!! The guy with the green Mohawk was a spectacular guide to getting exactly what we needed and couldn't love our new bedroom any more!! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. I'm coming here for furniture needs from now on!!

Came in a few months back looking for a new gameing chair and the fella with the brightly colored Mohawk I think his name was Mike stange or something like that. Either way hewas super helpful! I came in with a budget and a need so a gameing chair and and he smooth talked me into big comfy recliner wasn't really what I was in the market for but he was able to find me one well with in my budget. And now that I have been sitting in this chair a few months I know that he was right and this really was the right choice. Thank you again Mr Strange and thank you again american freight! Keep up the good work!

Worst company ever I ordered online and the product was not in stock I went to the store to get my refund they would not give it to me and told me to call corporate that’s all they can do, DO NOT SHOP HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The service we received here a year ago was good; Everyone was nice and helpful. With that being said, I do not recommend. The reason is, we now have a one year old furniture set that is to the point of not being functional. We bought the extended warranty but it is a complete joke. We paid almost 4K for our living room furniture and it probably isn’t even fit to give away at this point. We do not overuse or abuse our furniture, the quality of this particular set is lacking to say the least.We have been actively dealing with the warranty company for awhile with no progress.We are now exploring different avenues to get this taken care of.
