they usuallly send me a an email when the gas was delivered but this time they did not.....but usually they are very efficient.

Had a service scheduled to hook up a tank. The tech was supposed to be there between 8am and 12 pm. Tech never showed. I had to call and reschedule. A phone call would have been nice. Not only did we waste our time but time away from work because someone has to be there.

I call to have my tank topped off & before I knew it the truck was out there ! We have been with the company for around 9-10 years now. Never had a problem.....Oh I do want to add that our AmerGas we use is located in Walland, TN and used to be Heritage Propane Co. when we first started with them. From when we started with them till now AmerGas bought them BUT I've STILL had the same good service as I did when they was Heritage OR I would not have stayed. Just had to add that since I realised most of these reviewers were from Knoxville. We are Maryville.....getting our service located in Walland. Which has & is serving us really well & good !

Highly disappointed customer. These people are quick to take money and can’t even deliver gas on time. They have the most incompetent people working both drivers and at the call center. We ordered gas and like always we get the “ it will be delivered in 3-7 days. Dec. 15 was the 7th day and the day we were out on the schedule. Like always they show up on the last day so I’m not sure why they even say 3-7.We were home, dogs out side( they will come inside and alert someone is visiting), and I have cameras on all sides of my home. This is important to remember because of what happens next. The driver canceled my order because “ he couldn’t find my tank” ?. Now mind you the tank is up at the front of the house by a big tree.???♀️ again home and dogs. Called AG 4 times got four different answers finally 5th call we are told 24-48 hours we will get a delivery. It didn’t surprise me when the time came and went no delivery. Called the company two more times on the 16th and again two different answer and can’t even talk to a supervisor. ??People of Kingston this company monopolizes the system and does it because they know that they are pretty much the only ones who deliver in this area. I see other customers who have had issues with them, this is crazy and unprofessional. Be aware if you can go with a different company do so.

We purchased our tank from another supplier who we chose to never use again. Filled half way by Amerigas since it's used for garage heat. Driver was pleasant and professional.

AMERIGAS sent a serviceman to correct a leaning gas bottle. After he quit, the bottle still leaned. But, I observed him with the hood of the unit open (which was not within the scope of work.) He was wrenching on the unit and I didn't think anything of it, because I trusted the company and it was beyond me their tech was vandalizing my propane control valve on the bottle. A year or so later I smelled gas and called for repair. That damage was malicious on the part of the Amerigas serviceman. He refused to provide any paperwork for that call, I am sure is required the customer receives a copy. AMERIGAS customer service rep stonewalled me when I tried to get the name of that crook they sent out here. "We don't keep those records." Baloney! Refer to the photo below and it's evident someone loosened the bolts that hold the control or pressure unit together. Add to this AMERIGAS expects me to pay for the fix.

I would have selected no stars if possible. They sent me a promotion for a good price. They did not mention all the fees. We set a time and waited at home all day. When we called they said it was rescheduled to the next week. We told them we would be out of town. However they scheduled us for Monday and I had to spend an hour on the phone to reschedule to Thursday. They rescheduled me for Wednesday. They said the person was already out and they could not contact him. He couldn’t get in the gate. He came a day or 2 later and informed us he had to do a leak test. He didn’t know how much it was but he couldn’t fill the tank without the test. We only needed 100 gallons in a 500 gallon tank after 7 years so probably no leak. After all we had been through we had him fill the tank. He was here 10 minutes. According to everything we read we did not need a leak test. They charged us twice what we expected. The leak test was $140 plus tax and there were numerous fees. This company is a scam. One and done for me.

We really like Heritage Propane (AmeriGas). They allow me to order online and set up delivery from there. Their rates were excellent this time and saved us a bunch by filling up. The driver is the best! He has the best personality and does his job quickly, professionally and well. It’s a great company!

The call center can't solve anything. Any help still has to be handle/finished somewhere else. The process is opaque and disenfranchising. Not a model to keep clients or satisfy anyone.

The representative was very helpful in getting our account set up quickly and efficiently. Service was scheduled a couple days later, which arrived on time and was a breeze.

Tech arrived on time changed my regulator and also a couple of fittings he thought were questionable. No charge to me.
