I Stopped in the ATT store this morning for help with my phone. A young lady named Casey W. Was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She helped me solve the situation with my phone. I have been a customer with ATT for over 20 years and this store helped me a lot. Casey was very good!

I have had AT&T internet for many years. There was a storm last week that took the lines down for me and my neighbors. We have all been calling for FIVE days to have our service restored. I have received NO clear answer as to when someone will come help. A competitor had neighbors service up and running yesterday and sent four trucks to put up new lines today. All the while I am getting no straight answer from AT&T. I have been told it will be a $99 service call. At one point today I spoke to someone who actually sent someone with a truck to look at the situation. They assured me that it would be fixed tomorrow. This level of incompetence is inexcusable. It should not be this difficult to have service restored. I will be canceling my service as soon as I can get the competitor here to set me up with service.

Female manager lied about return policy. Said she could not take the phone back on a return since it was opened. Store at Turkey Creek processed the return, no problem. Policy is if phone is in new condition you can return in within 14 days. Lazy and incompetent Karen of a manager.

Absolutely terrible customer service! Treated like I was bothering the only employee working even though I was only in the store about 15 minutes and no one else was waiting.

Horribly rude young lady working here . I came in first thing in the morning and she was the only employee working. She was buried in her phone, so I feel like I interrupted her because with her rudeness it took me a total of 5 minutes to get out of this store. Never will be back here again

Steer clear if you value your money and time of this AT&T AUTHORIZED RETAILER Clarence is manager , we were treated with red carpet treatment 2 days ago. Now that there is a problem with their product , he presents to the table like we were try to return a TIMESHARE. Disappointed customer.

Zero would be more accurate. Took a total of 12 hours (4 of those in this store) and they still did not give me $350 of the trade in credit in the quote they provided. Clarence would not support me after the sale and refused to give me contact information for the district manager Gregory Marks. You still owe me $350 and I intend to keep fighting for it. Avoid AT&T like the plague.

They guys at this location were so friendly and knowledgeable! They gave me their undivided attention and made me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely be back! Thank you Merchants Corner!
