Went in to upgrade phones and wanted confirmation of how much our bill would change. Alie would only said would say "I guess you bill would be that." I continued to ask about different charges and she kept on being very vague. After trying to confrim what it would look like she just kept asking if we wanted to phones and was unhelpful.

Fast and friendly service. Lost a star due to the manager adding device protection onto my account without even asking. This is completely unacceptable. I did not have this on the phone that I traded in either.

After years of using Android, my family has all begun switching to Apple IOS. The daunting transition had been weighing over me for the entire time I considered the switch, but with the kind and patient assistance of Olivia at this particular ATT store, I was able to make the move to the Apple ecosystem with ease. She not only helped me in a professional manner, but also talked with me and connected on a personal level, making the entire experience an absolute pleasure. When I left after getting my new phone set up, I couldn’t help but return to further discuss the current deals that she expertly sold me on during my first visit. I can not recommend enough to speak with Olivia if you have any needs to be fulfilled by ATT!

It's my birthday weekend! Still no new phone! Customer service representative Riley didn't understand that I wanted a certain phone! It wasn't in stock. She insisted on giving me a phone that looks like the phone that I wanted! She gave me another one and they would order me the Razor phone that I wanted that flips and when you closes it you can see who's calling you or texting you! I believe it has the health, heart and blood pressure on it as well! I have high blood pressure! I had to go back and forth to that store 4 times! Without a password code to my account! Riley and customer service, I'm on the phone with customer service AT & T at the same time! The account can't be closed! What type of Jiffy is this! I asked for a phone cover case nothing! I asked for my old phone number from the AT & T store in Asheville NC she stated No can do! The number is free from anyone using it! I asked for a $65 prepaid plan. The last plan with them and my old phone number that I couldn't get back was a $35 prepaid plan! So I asked for a $65 prepaid plan! I never received a password for my account. I am a nurse! They recently sent me an email about my nursing job that they needed proof for the discount! They have the nursing job name! Why? Couldn't they just call them! I didn't have this problem either in Asheville NC! She must didn't study the training course and didn't know about ethics. Only a code to set up my phone with Google! I'm still receiving emails for payment until my birthday which is in a couple days! Then they said I'm supposed to make a payment on my birthday! I don't have the phone any longer and they closed out my account! Why? Do I have to inform AT & T! And I can't close the account because I wasn't ever given a password code for my account! I took the phone back to the store within 15 days more like 3 days! Told me that I don't get my taxes back on the phone. The man stated we don't have to but I will give you your money back on any banking card that you have on you. Why? Can't I get cash back like I gave her! I wish that I hadn't ever gone to Clinton highway AT & T in Knoxville TN. AT & T in Asheville NC was very friendly and set up my phone quickly and listened to me. Hopefully we want have to go to court! I am disabled and over 45! I still don't have a phone for my birthday! Sadly. Happy Easter weekend! 2024

So I called it 520 asking some questions and then I said when do you close the guy that I was talking to said eight get here at 7:30 and the same guy said screw you I don't care what the guy said on the phone we're closed at seven

Casey was the only employee working when I went on Sunday. She juggled multiple customers at once, making sure nobody had to wait for too long. Needs were met quickly and efficiently with no issues. The store was clean and inviting, and I recommend anyone needing anything ATT related go to this store!

Went in about an hour and a half before closing to add three new lines to my plan, the gentleman who was being helped when we came in was having major issues with activating a phone. The manager (only person working) assured us we would be helped as soon as possible. He ended up staying well after closing just to make sure we were taken care of! Amazing customer service!

While it was a bummer that there was only one person working at the store, the person who was working was beyond AMAZING. Casey had such a cool head, while helping three different groups at one time. Not only did she get us the best deal, but she did it with such patience and professionalism. We truly appreciate the help she gave us? AT&T is lucky to have her!
