I recently went to the AT&T store on Merchants Dr in Knoxville, Tennessee, to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 14. The representative who helped me was named Landon and he was fantastic! He was able to transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new one and guide me through the process of upgrading my device.I was really impressed with the level of service I received from Landon. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole process of upgrading my phone easy and stress-free, and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received.Overall, I had a great experience at the AT&T store on Merchants Dr. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and support. Thanks to Landon and the entire team at AT&T for making my phone upgrade a positive and enjoyable experience!

Landon was very helpful when i went in for my phone having issues. He fixed the problem my phone was having. He recommended a good screen protector and installed it. Very knowledgeable with iphones.

Came into the store to get a quote for some new lines with AT&T. Decided to switch my six lines from Verizon that day!! The staff at this location was amazing with their customer service and knowledge they possess. The new store manager of this location has done so much to the store that it’s unrecognizable! The store looks more inviting and the staff is always helpful now! Go and check out the new management and the staff; they know their stuff!

Great customer service! (I went to the AT&T on Kingston Pike in Bearden and I cannot say the same. UGH! It's not hard to great people and acknowledge their presence.)THIS LOCATION however was AWESOME. Haylee was super nice, helped and sent me on my way with a smile. THIS IS MY NEW AT&T store moving forward. Great Experience!

Navigating the acquisition of a phone plan can be a tricky thing. With credit checks, contracts, and monthly fees to juggle around it can be nice to have someone help you though the process. Do NOT expect to get that from this ATT store or the one on Kingston Pike. Any and all inquiries are met with the same response. "Go online and do it" How do I transfer to a new phone plan? "Call customer service" The online portal is hard to navigate and understand, can you help me? "Get the app" How do I upgrade my phone? "Do it online" That is seriously the kind of useless, unhelpful service they give here. The staff have no interest in actually helping you find the right plan, navigating how to get the plan you want, or upgrading your phone. They only want you out of the store.

They definitely don't believe the customer is number one. They are about the unfriendliest customer service people I have ever met. If you are going to go "prepay" I recommend "Straight Talk". You are a lesser person at AT&T!
