We began shopping for a new phone provider this past week, and AT&T was on our list, though near the bottom. We were concerned about pricing more than anything else. We went in, and got Jacob as our representative. Pleasant, with a good sense of humor. He quoted us on what we were looking for (3 new phones, with unlimited plans, and a military discount). They beat the nearest competitor of the big three by $26.We told him we were going to 'sleep on it', and that we would most likely be back. Jacob didn't pressure us, or try to get us to buy right then. He was fine with us thinking it over, which is rare for most in the sales/commission business. We went back 2 days later on Jacob's shift, and the offer was the exact same. We signed up, and the entire transaction from start to finish was easily the most pleasant phone provider experience we've ever had.We can't recommend Jacob and this AT&T store enough. If you don't like pushy salesmen, and you're looking for a phone with a quality provider, then go see them, and at least give them a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended at this time.

Worst place for customer service ever. Go in there without an appointment you’ll wait at least half an hour. Go with an appointment and they’ll tell you they can’t help you in store then direct you to the automated help line where you’re no better off than when you started.

I went online to look at how much it would be to transfer my current phone number to AT&T. I went in to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock and ended up getting a better deal up front and per month for the same phone. Estes (hope I spelled that right) was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Trash customer service was told something completely different than what contract i ended up getting. Misinformation like crazy! Will be paying my contract off and leaving at&t and telling people to stay away forever!

No wait for associate. Very attentive and answered all questions. Made good recommendations and selection process was easy. Made sure we had correct accessories. Lengthy time to transfer to new phone, but we got eat lunch next door while we waited.

Each time I went into this store, I had great service. The first time I went in was to switch over from Verizon to ATT since I moved from AL and I had horrible service whenever in TN. That first visit was less than 3 hours, and the man who worked with me and my family was very attentive and helpful. He was also able to get us a great deal on new iPhones. The second we went in was also great. We were changing our tv programming to just DIRECTV and he did a great job as well as the last time.

Our plans were changed with out our knowledge, credit for our trade in was never added to our account, the sales man (Zach I believe) tried using scare tactics to get more of a sale and acted as if we were a huge inconvenience to him (did not seem to know any of their promotions and an other gentleman had to correct him on them, the list goes on. Most frustrating experience ever, and still trying to correct their mistakes.

Horrible experience of setting up home internet. Thanks to BOWEN and his inability or reluctance to properly fill-in required fields for creating an account (9 digit-account, not an online ATT account). And I never spelled anything to him; instead, I provided all the required information by giving my ID and cellphone (for entering my email and SSN). As a result, my 9-digit account is associated with a wrong email (there is no way to change it over phone---they can only change an email for contact purposes, not for account recovery), plus my first name has a missing letter, and first and last names are flipped. And a last name is actually needed for online account recovery (instead, my wrongly spelled first name worked!) as well as a correct email. All in all, for more than a week I have never been able to set up and log into an ATT online account because all the ways for creating/recovering an account have come to a dead end---a wrong email to which I have no access. Even validation codes sent via regular USPS mail did not help.I guess smart home manager also is a useless app for me. And even if I do continue with ATT, there is no way to change modem-related things such as a network name, password, and signal.

Asher is wonderful! I have came by the store 3 times about my phone and he has been a huge help. I highly recommend him. His knowledge about phones is top notch!!

I had visited the store to get some information about particular plans and pho es because my contract is up. To see what my.options are. I felt not pressured to make a decision at that time. The rep there was helpful in any questions I had.

Nobody at this store seems to actually know AT&T policies. Every time we go we get told a different wrong thing that we later learn from corporate will cost us more per month than we intended to pay. Now paying twice as much for the same service we had before but due to being locked into the financing plan, can't leave for another +2 years. Especially the male sales agent who's always saying "honestly" or "I'll be honest," but he's the most incompetent.
