On Monday Sept 11, 2023 they replaced the windshield on my wife's 2022 Ford Bronco Sport and did not calibrate the collision assist camera, now corporate wants us to wait 2 weeks before they can finish the repair that they start and have been paid for, this is bullshit if you don't complete a repair don't collect payment or start another!

Appointment was on time. Our windshield was promptly replaced and cameras, automatic wipers and sensors were properly calibrated. They kept us informed frequently.

Nice people did great jib cleaning glass out of car! About 95% compared to onsite installation of glass. The shop only took a little over an hour to clean car and replace glass.

I'm out of town and went brand name hoping for great service. I was sorely disappointed. You can not talk to a person, nor does the AI correctly recognize what you ask for. After several attemps on their phone system, I reached out to a couple of local companies, and I have a new piece of glass coming for a Monday morning installation.

Had a crack in my windshield. Went thru insurance and paid my 500 dollar deductible. Scheduling was super easy (did it online). Came on time for my appointment and they immediately started on my vehicle. 1 hour later thr windshield was replaced and they even took the time to clean passenger glass inside and out and even vacuumed my floorboards and seats! Went above and beyond my expectations. I hope I never need my windshield replaced but if I do, I know where to go! 5 ? for sure!

Had a little trouble with the scheduling, and then them canceling my appointment because they didn’t have the part. There was a bunch of confusion. But one person I talked to was really helpful and turned the experience from negative to positive (Charlie maybe). Anyway, got there a little early and they got me in and out quickly. I do still hear some glass rattling around when I open the hatch, and there’s a scratch in the paint, but I don’t know if there’s a point to expecting perfection anymore. Overall, I probably would use them again. We’ll see how this glass holds up.

Awful service. The tech came from Morristown in a hurry and did a terrible job. Now i have water damage on my electric system and mold. When i call customer service to talk to them, a robot keeps repeating that they can't take my call. My car is still at the dealer. Don't call this people, they are awful, unprofessional, and will cost you more money after they are 'done' with your vehicle.Update : my car insurance called and got through 'somehow', after speaking to their manager i was told : because i couldn't wait 2 more days for them to pick up the phone and have chance at 'verifying' the damage in my car before the competitor's fixed the windshield and sealed it, and 'the fine print', there is nothing they could do to help me out. I tried to help him understand the situation but they couldn't care less about a customer. Unless you have time, money, and too much peace of mind in your hands, run to a different company, ANY OTHER COMPANY.Service: Auto windshield repair

Technician was so smart that they told us that the windshield had previously been repaired with filler even though we know a rock chipped the window and hadn't been repaired. How someone in that line of work couldn't tell that it was a new chip and not repaired should have been our first clue to leave. When we got the car back the windshield was leaking air and the wire for our handsfree microphone was hanging down. We called to talk to the manager " Charlie " and explain what happened and told him what his employee had said and he said not to talk bad about his employee and hung up the phone. He also said he called another shop to come take our vehicle through Knoxville, without our permission, to do the work for them despite having a scheduled appointment for a week.

Very unpleasant experience. We had an appointment to replace the car windshield and we came on time. When I requested the quote and before scheduling the appointment, I provided the car VIN and based on the VIN, they provided their quote. When we arrived for the appointment, they told us the quote was wrong and the cost would $1000+ before fees and tax from ~$400 including everything. I asked for a better price and they told us to wait while they speak with their manager, after 2 hours of waiting and they helping other customers, they came back and said the price could not be reduced. Why they let us wait for 2 hours? Why they provided wrong quote? I hope I will get my refund since I paid upfront. I will never trust this shop again or any of their shops.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I made an appointment on the website for morning, but when I got there was informed that it was a drop off appointment, and that it would be done early to mid afternoon. I called during mid-afternoon, and was told that it would be ready by the end of the day. I expressed how badly we needed the car back and she went and found out that he was "Just finishing up" and it would be another 30 minutes. Soon after the call, I got the text that they were starting work on it. So, obviously, they were not just finishing up.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Trying to get ahold of anybody on the telephone is very difficult as the Safelite autoglass program recognized my phone number and found my appointment and forces you listen to the minute plus monolog recordings on you cars specifications on the year make and model etc... before you can press any buttons to actually speak to a human who works at the location you are trying to contact. Also, if nobody picks up, it disconnects you after telling you to try again at a later time. It is extremely annoying if you are trying to speak to an actual person at that specific location who can answer your specific questions.

Had to have our front windshield replaced and it is smart glass, so required the sensor be recalibrate and replaced. We have been back 3 times now and they still have not gotten the sensor for the wiper blades to work properly. I'm so frustrated. Warranties are nice and all but my time is also worth something and going back repeatedly only to have the issue recur is incredibly frustrating. I do not recommend safelite!
