I won't take my car here again. My wife took her car here once before I knew her and they charged her $200+ dollars and told her nothing was wrong with it. The car jerking and turning off spontaneously was just how Honda's "CVT" transmissions work. I just called because I got a recall notice about Honda's fuel pumps (how they jerk and sputter and spontaneously turn the engine off) and they told me they could not service the recall yet because they had not received notice about it. That is twice this place has dropped the ball and I will not let them work on a car I own.

Went to the Honda Nation in Knoxville this morning at their quick service for an oil change. Stated on line , no appointment needed. Drove up and service personal stated I needed an appointment. Change your website if that is true!!!! I could have not wasted my time going to your dealership and gone elsewhere!!!

I tried to get an appointment at this place for an oil change but there was a huge discrepancy between the online scheduling and the scheduling when I called. There was an appointment online available but when I called, they said they did not have the appointment for that date available. This facility was very difficult and problematic to work around and schedule. It is poor website scheduling and inefficient for customers. If you plan on going to this place, I suggest another location and taking some time to make sure the appointment is verified to prevent unnecessary driving and no service.

I travel between Little Rock and Knoxville 2 times a month for work. I was not entirely happy with my local Arkansas Honda Dealership (my engine cover plate fell off on the way to Knoxville) so I decided to try this location. Wow! What a difference, my Service Advisor was very professional, the service was done perfectly and I was very impressed with the facility. Keep up the great work! I went in for an oil change without an appointment, which I knew would probably take 2 to 3 hours of waiting. after an hour and a half, they were done! Also got my key fixed while I was waiting. Very pleased with the service. Suggestion for the dealer and those going to get an oil change with a coupon. There’s a new policy that states you have to have the coupon printed, which is not stated on the dealer’s website. AutoNation, you should add that to the coupon description so people know to have it with them. Customers, Bring a printed version of the coupon to get an oil change for $40.

They add thousands of dollars on top of MSRP.They added a $3000 dollar market adjustment! They also added another $2800 of protection packages. Would not even let us test drive without agreeing to the $5800 added on dealer profit before hand.We ended up buying from a dealer out of state and did the whole deal online for MSRP.I wish I had known about their business practices before my Aunt dealt with them.

This is for the service department.It's possibly the nicest dealer service I have dealt with ever.I had a complicated car issue involving a warranty claim after having just moved into TN. The service person, David, was extremely helpful and polite as can be. He helped me navigate the warranty and get everything taken care of.

First time with this Honda dealer having moved from Birmingham (Brannon Honda). Was very Happy with how quick I was able to schedule and the flexibility for drop off the day before. They were finished on time and the price was reasonable. Will definitely use them from now on and would recommend.

I wanted to go here because they had a deal online for an oil change, plus I'm new in town and needed a new Honda dealership to take my car to, but they refuse to honor the coupon on their website if you can't print it. I don't have a printer so I'm taking my business elsewhere.
