For those who don’t know, this year Bank of America settled a class action lawsuit where they were found to have stolen about three quarters of a billion dollars from their members in the form of fraudulent fees and I personally will no longer do business with a bank that steals from its customersAside from all that, this branch is especially terrible. Long wait times and very few employees manning the teller stations.

Stole money from one of my customers closed my account and told me nothing. Had to tell the customer to refund the check just in order for me to get paid again. Don't wast your time this is a very corrupt bank!

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 20 years. Went to this location to deposit a money order. The teller refused and told me to try another bank. I should take her advice and close my accounts!

on vacation here from California, my debit card was hacked, so I needed to get some cash until I received my new card. Beautiful location and great service.

All I needed was access to an ATM. I arrive at 6:45 on Monday and doors are locked. The door clearly shows that the lobby opens at 7 AM and that is where the ATM is. I wait. 705 approaches and doors are still locked. I get on Yelp and it shows that they don't open until 10 AM on Monday. I am very disappointed and my time was waisted. They could at least update their hours!

I went in to cash a check and was not treated fairly. They told me they could not cash it because I already had wrote on the back of it. When I called Bank of America they told me since they issued the check it should be no problem for their branch to cash it whether I wrote on it already or not. But nobody up there wanted to even verify the check or even help me…. Went to another branch and got it cashed with no problem. I just don’t understand why people work if they don’t want to do their job.

I'm so impress all you bad work for some reason any personal in this building, care of me even with an appointment, they just ignore me, and I'm still sitting waiting for someone to help me, they just got an attitude uncomfortable and anyone tell me what's going on I don't know if is discrimination or xenophobia, definitely is the second one, after 2 days they open me an account, and after that I lose my online bank account access, an 2 days later they closed up my accounts without reason, without warning and send me all the money that I had on it through post mail by checks that I still waiting, also my pay check now is lost because was deposit there, they have now all my money and I don't have accounts. the worst, racism and xenophobia

I was greeted by a very friendly customer service person asking if she could help. I told her I had an appointment but was a bit late. This was not a problem, She immediately found the person I needed. I waited about 1 minute. He was also quite friendly and accommodating. He completed the transaction I needed quickly. He walked me out of his office. He and the customer service lady asked if I needed anything else and wished me a great day.This was my first time at this branch. It was a great experience.

I waited there for more than an hour and was anxious to go to work. I really didn't understand their speed and efficiency. The desk office gays at the didn't understand why he was always chatting with female customers , I really want to curse.
