I have worked in the Banking industry for over 10 years in all facets and i could never recommend this Bank to anyone. I cannot wait to move our business account.POOR POOR POOR!!!!!!!

Worst bank I’ve ever used! For So many reasons! From the wait, to the parking lot, options and customer service, to the atm and debit card, or pay of personal. This is THE WORST BANK EVER, PERIOD! Do better BOA!

Doesn't care about small buisness or family. Regularly holding deposits for 48 hrs..claiming they don't have access while simultaneously taking from the source bank.. then play dumb when questioned..I've been lied to 3 times today by different bank of america representatives.. I have driven to both banks and spent 5 hrs to be lied to and told to wait in the lobby so the manager can greet guests...even tho the lobby already had guest greeters and no new customers....feckless shills don't let them have your money

I don't know all the details of every customer's problems they've had at BOA but I have never had any problems. All the employees at this branch have always been helpful and considerate. A+

This branch is the slowest of them all. I don't understand why. Smh. Everyone is nice but way to slow.

Moved from GA to Knoxville and still keep my BOA account due to payroll direct deposit and excellent online platform. However, hate having to drive down to Farragut for in-bank activity. They desperately need a branch near Halls and other areas of Knoxville.

There is no point in calling them, they won't assist you. Instead they will just tell you that you need to (physically) come in the branch - doesn't matter what the situation or issue is.Bank of America froze my credit card for "fraud". I was sent a letter in the mail that instructed me to call an 800 number that is their fraud line. I did. There hadn't been any transactions/charges in over a month prior to them freezing the card. All the charges/transactions were purchases I made which were allegiant flight tickets and a rental car - on my Allegiant AllWays Mastercard ? (how shady. NOT. ?). The guy on the phone tried to unfreeze the card but it wasn't letting him. He said I had to go to a local branch. I've been extremely busy as I've just started a new job, and other reasons as well, so I haven't made it to a branch yet (it has only been a couple weeks). This morning I went on my online banking and my Allegiant AllWays CC account has disappeared. They've closed the card.I'm worried my flight, car, hotel, etc for my upcoming trip are going to get canceled!!So, I called this branch, I was very nice, but I received poor customer service. Not a bit of empathy or apology when their company has messed with my finances for no reason, and inconvenienced me and caused me stress. Off-putting and aggravating is how I would describe the call. They did not help in anyway, or provide me with any useful information. I was told to physically come to the branch so they could "help me call customer service". I'm not dumb. I told her again that I've done that already and they couldn't help me and said that you could help me. She said "I don't know why they told you that, because we can't do anything about fraud here at the branch."So why do I have to go there???I have plans today and work next week during their business hours. I have a life. This is ridiculous.Seems like such a small problem for a big, established bank, yet there doesn't seem to be an easy solution.I will have to find time to go there, and when I do I'm closing my checking account because there are other banks that are more helpful out there. They don't deserve, or seem to want, my business. They don't want to help customers and they don't want to work.

This guy (employee) who drives a black Chevy avalanche is very rude. Went to the walk up atm on 7/8 and this guy just blocks me in the parking lot and he parks right behind me in the middle of the parking lot for no reason. Have a honk to tell him to move. Started backing up and had to honk more. He absolutely couldn’t hear not sure if he was deaf or what. But turned out he was just a big dirtbag.
