Made an appointment a week in advance for when they opened. Showed up within a few minutes of my appointment and they had already taken another customer. What is the point of having an appointment if they do not call to confirm the client is coming in, and immediately take someone else? Mind you, when I came in the week prior, they said they only see you on an appointment basis, so why lie to me and make me waste my time coming back a second time? I changed my work schedule, and they passed over my appointment, wasting my time. I have been a Bank of America client for 25 years, and this was unacceptable.

I needed several cashier checks, and the lady at the counter was more than happy to get all of them, and the transaction time was very quick. Excellent customer service!

Sad brick and mortar face for BOA. The layout and operation of this location is so inefficient and poorly organized to even begin to provide knowledgable and responsive service. Cold and non welcoming air about it when you first walk in. Better off to just interact remotely if you really want to do business with BOA.

So I’m seriously considering finding my family a new bank to bank with. This particular branch, all of a sudden started being closed on weekends and it’s the only one in the area I live in. It just shows how much the upper management cares about their customers. Ridiculous to me. There’s only 1 atm around town and it’s at the bank. But they will charge you $3.50 for withdrawals from other atms not named BofA. Makes no sense. So in closing if you’re looking for a new bank. Stay away from BofA. Find one that has at least 3 banks in your city. And most importantly one that’s open Saturday mornings. Seeing that some people work M-F and during banking hours. So the weekends are their only chance to actually go into the bank.

Stole money from one of my customers closed my account and told me nothing. Had to tell the customer to refund the check just in order for me to get paid again. Don't wast your time this is a very corrupt bank!

Extremely bad customer service. I’ve had an account with them for nearly 3 years now, will be shifting the account to another bank (not agency) sometime mid this year. You can’t find anyone (ever) over the phone. Account “managers” won’t pay attention to what they’re doing. And will treat you with disregard. Don’t know if it’s because I’m a foreigner, but I feel disrespected every time I come in this agency. From the account manager to the desk staff for money transactions. I have a corporate background of 17 years, having worked in 5 different countries, and have never felt so disregarded at an office environment.

Bank of America is the worst bank. They act like every customer of theirs is some kind of scam artist. They put 10 day holds on cashiers checks!! The reason customers give us cashiers checks is so we don’t have the dumb bank put a hold on it, so we can get the job done without having to use credit or our own money. Not good if you’re running a business. I’ll be closing this account.

Does anyone answer the phone there? I’ve only been banking with this location a few weeks and from the jump it wasn’t spectacular. But, Britney ( The relationship manager or coordinator) has been fantastic with our many issues. I just don’t want to drive up there to ask a question. Can someone please answer the phone?

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this branch and with Bank of America customer service in general. Ashley has gone above and beyond with helping me in my unique situation. They are responsive, prompt, and super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. I think people should review the positive, and not just negative experiences.

I am doing some banking today. This my favorite BOA location. It is easy to use their ATMs inside and outside. I have not found the tellers inside to be overly helpful or kind, but we have had some fraudulent charges on our credit card in the past and I guess it was the (loan officers) that have gone above and beyond to help us. As long as I don't have to deal directly with the tellers, I am always pleased.

Come with the expectation of waiting, and having the employees talk about their personal lives while not paying attention to you or the long line of people.

Everything always takes forever and is a hassle. I love waiting in the lobby for one person and watching 4 other employees chat and look at their cell phones because they only have one person who can do anything besides teller work apparently.I also don't understand why when I am in the office the person who is supposed to help me has to call customer service. I could do that at home except they don't accept documents digitally.
