We will recommend Dillards Knoxville men’s shoe department to anyone, Vivian that works helping to fit and sale the shoes spent at least an hour or more helping my son get shoes ? that fit,,, he has to have a wide width and Vivian was so patient and helpful,,,, she is an absolute angel,,,, more stores need help like this!!!!

The sweet lady in shoe department was amazing and helped me buy Ecco sandals. She has worked in the shoe department for 25 years and she knows her stuff! Everyone was very friendly that I encountered.

Love to browse this store. It's my favorite place to purchase perfume. The girl at the Clinque counter offered to do my makeup. However, I was pressed for time. She invited me to come back another time. I've never considered this before, but she made it seem simple to do so.
