“OMG I can’t say enough good things about this place! A friend of mine took my mother in law and me and we spent 3 1/2 hours combing over all the wonderful goodies they had for sale. Some of the prices were amazing and the higher priced items were worth it. We had so much fun. Huge place and so many great things to look at. I am coming back with my daughter and daughter in law. This will be my go to at Christmas time. Definitely worth your time to check it out!”

My youngest daughter is a small or medium and oldest daughter a large, I shop there for them as well. They may be a small shop but this has nothing to do with style, variety, and did I mention customer service. The ladies there always act like they have known me forever and treat me very well. Shop there for yourself or your daughters. “This store hits all of my want buttons when I’m out shopping in Knoxville or browsing online. New tee for the collection? Check. New license plate for the car? Check. Get the kids lookin’ stunning in front of all of the soccer moms? Check. A magnet to hold my to-do list? Check. A sticker for the laptop? Check. Men, you will actually enjoy shopping here with your wives! It’s more than just another UT apparel store (though they have that, too, fellas!). There’s something for every day, for everyone. I was fortunate to be at the grand reopening in Farragut and am so glad I stopped in. Dan is the nicest guy and you should stop in and meet him!”

“I love this little shop! It’s packed full of really cool unique pieces! Cute clothes, awesome trinkets, very cool jewelry, and such a sweet atmosphere. The people are also so amazing and thoughtful! They made great conversation and seemed truly interested in their customers as actual people, not just a chance to make a sale. I told them about my upcoming wedding and they gifted me a sweet little stone as a kind gesture and it was very thoughtful! I’ve been there a handful of times now and I’ve always had good experiences. Highly recommend if you like the boho / hippie / multicultural aesthetic!”
“They are so friendly and helpful. I give up so easy if the first couple garments don’t fit me right but Jonelle was so patient and even after trying on several pieces. I left there with 3 lovely dresses and extremely happy with the whole experience. After going to 4 different shops trying to find something, I am so glad I didn’t give up and try one more. “Great fitting jeans and cool shirts. The staff are always great with recommendations or getting different sizes or styles of clothing. The only downside to shipping at buckle is that the clothes while super comfortable and stylish do not last long and are very expensive.”

“Super cute shop with lots of great items. I loved seeing all the wacky UT themed earrings and apparel. They also carry regular, non-orange clothing and accessories, as well as shoes, gifts, home and bath items, books, jewelry and more. There's so much to see and this would be a go-to spot for me for gifts if I lived in the area. I went in twice while staying downtown and fell in love with this cute leather cross-body bag. I was curious to see if the brand/designer was local, so I looked it up online. It was not local and the bag was steeply discounted online (50% off) vs the price at Bliss, so I ended up ordering it online directly from the brand. I do love to support local businesses and shops, but I also have to consider my budget. That being said, this is a great place to stop for a unique souvenir or gift for yourself or someone else!”

“We went to the Hammers in Sevierville about a week ago and found three pairs of very comfortable pants for my husband. He likes them so much he decided that he wanted more so we called the Hammers in Halls to see if they had the same ones. The cashier offered to go back and see if they had them my husband's size and held back a couple of pairs for us. The store was well organized and the workers were friendly. Great prices on name brand clothing and cute home decor.”
“Girl heaven!!! I found this place on TikTok and made the drive to see it. The second I was in the parking lot I was in awe. This place has so many cute details to make it what it is. The pink doors to the entrance is adorable and sets the scene for what you should expect inside the store. There are a few mini murals on the side of the building that boost positivity and girlhood. When you open the doors orange, pink, and volunteer pride smack you right in the face in the best way. They have all sizes, different styles, tons of shirts, dresses, shorts, boots, jackets, stickers, pins, EVERYTHING!!! They also have the CUTEST kid clothes which I was ecstatic to find because everything I’ve seen online for kids for game day was lame. Everything in here is extremely fashionable and makes you feel good about yourself!! I absolutely LOVED shopping here and will be back! The staff was also extremely kind and helpful! This will be my go to game day store and vol merch from here on out. I couldn’t recommend a better store!”

“Well stocked and pretty clean for a Saturday afternoon, found great buys in the pet department on toys and treats! Found a great buy on a two piece dress and my only disappointment was the shoe department which was very messy and quite empty. Checkout is always challenging as there were only two cashiers, but that tends to be the norm.”
“This store and their staff are awesome! We were there from out of town visiting with my son and stopped in after dinner, and I was so impressed with the mass selection of earth-based, Witchy, items, clothes, jewelry, incense holders, candles, and so much more! I think we left out of there, spending around $300 and there were so many more things I wanted! LOL! I will definitely be back, and I sure do hope we have one up here in Southwest PA someplace!”

“This store has everything the VOLS fan would need. More hat variety than you know what to do with. If you don't find a hat here you like, you aren't going to find it. I wanted the usual orange with the white T and of course I out it. I almost change my mind and went with the Smokey dog but stayed my course and went with what I went here for. The store is large as expected and sells everything. The daughter works at the school, and I couldn't wait to check it out. You can even buy a pair of Lululemon pants. They do have a large clearance section. So many mugs and tumblers. Cute little kids and infant items. A must stop at when on campus”

“I frequent this store quite a bit, since it’s pretty close to my house. It’s always very clean and the staff are very friendly whenever I visit!
I did visit earlier today and left feeling a little guilty after accidentally misgendering one of the staff. My boyfriend and I were waiting at the register to check out and a staff member with shoulder-length blue hair and blue lipstick came to ring us up. The staff member asked us if we found everything okay, to which I replied “yes, ma’am” out of habit. I didn’t notice the pin that had their pronouns displayed until after he had responded with “my pronouns are he/him” in a kind of short fashion. I apologized but was given no response, until he asked if I wanted to round my change up for a donation, to which I accepted. He handed me my purchase and we exchanged the usual “have a nice day” to each other before I left, but I felt really bad after not using the proper way to address this staff member.
I write all of this mostly to apologize to that particular staff member. I don’t know if this store reads their reviews very often, but I wanted to leave one just in case.”

I was concerned about the rug getting dirty in the bed of my truck and Jenn was kind enough to not only hold the rug for us until we were ready to go home, but she also find a way for us to cover the rug to keep it clean. Her friendly personality personality and willingness to help is an asset to your store.”
“After losing a bunch of weight years ago this was the first store that I could buy a pair of jeans that would fit. They are stylish and high quality and prices are reasonable especially if you can find things on sale. The staff are always friendly and eager to help.”
