My 6 year old husky got her first ear infection recently, and we went to Bearden to get her checked out. They got her back immediately, got a sample from her ear, and performed the necessary test quickly. I have worked at veterinary hospitals before, and their prices were quite reasonable. The doctor and staff were also lovely to interact with.

The staff at Bearden Veterinary clinic was very professional and kind with my "scaredy cat" Lucky. They were knowledgeable and handled her very well when I brought her for a yearly routine checkup.

Spur of the moment which is what happens when your kid gets sick. They're like one of your kids. Bearden Hill took her in right away and kept us posted on everything. Bella is fine now. Thanks for your help guys. We were really worried about her.

I used to bring my dog to PetWellClinic but I found Bearden Hill and West Bearden vet clinics to be better in many regards. The only thing though is thah they still wouldn't let pet owners go inside because of covid so you would have to drop off your pet and pick them up later in the day without having the chance to speak to the vet directly

After finding out my cat had ingested sting and likely needed surgery to remove it from an emergency clinic, I opted to wait until her now previous vet office (Bearden Hill Veterinary Clinic) opened to see if they could see her. After arriving immediately after they opened and explaining the situation, the receptionist, Peggy, explained that they were full for the day appointment wise but would take a look at her when they could, which was completely fine. An hour or so later, the first contact I received from Dr. Jones was him telling me that yes, she needed surgery… and how he had to clear his entire schedule of morning appointments in order to operate, and how incredibly frustrating this was… when I asked if they offered payment plans through the clinic to pay, he insinuated I was looking for a deal, and again told me how frustrating this was since he had already cleared his schedule. I am not one to complain, and I understand that yes, clearing an entire morning’s schedule can be frustrating, but the level of disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed by Dr. Jones was appalling. In an “emergency situation“ as it was called AFTER the fact (something not mentioned to me at all the day of the surgery. I knew this was an urgent matter, but not emergent) as an excuse to why his schedule was cleared prior to even informing me surgery was needed, you would assume that kindness and compassion would be at least somewhat present when speaking to a very scared and stressed client. Instead, I was made to feel like I was doing nothing but causing them a huge inconvenience. And yes, I probably was. But for the love of god, don’t make your client feel bad for taking care of their pet!! And if you can’t help, then be honest and send them to someone who can!! After picking her up that afternoon, I was not given ANY post op instructions or ANY kind of pain management for my cat. When they called the following day to check on her and I explained my frustration to them, all I received were excuses, reiterations of how “frustrating” and “inconvenient” it was, and an exasperated “well I’m sorry you are unhappy with us saving your cat.” The only semblance of an apology I received throughout the entire ordeal. You want to trust them for checkups and shots? Fine. They’re fine. But if you want any kind of decent help during any kind of urgent situation, be ready to have them make you feel like garbage. Sorry I didn’t plan this emergency according to your schedule.

My year old Doberman developed some stomach issues over the weekend and the staff at Bearden Hill was absolutely amazing! They got me in first thing this morning when I called and were very professional, friendly, and handled my puppy with the upmost care. They also were very fair with pricing for the visit and medication, we will definitely be using them again in the future! 10/10 :)

This clinic has provided care to our family pets for over 30 years. They have helped us nurse countless strays and adopted animals and today I will be taking our newest little arrival "Patches" the small tiny kitten to Bearden for their excellent care to help him get back on the road to recovery. Thank you for so many years of excellence!

Outstanding and compassionate staff. The vets are top notch and take time to explain everything to you. Very personable. They follow up on your pet a few days later. Most importantly, when you have to make that very difficult and heartbreaking final decision for your pet, their empathy and kindness is the best that I have experienced anywhere.

How could it not be anything but 5 stars for the doctors and staff at both the Bearden HIll Veterinary Clinic and the west location too? They are the very best, both in their depth of medical knowledge and true compassion they have for all of the fortunate "fur babies" that are under their care. And always, always you are greeted by the front desk staff with a welcoming smile! If there was room for more stars, would be hitting them all. Grateful for you all! Sharon Hodges
