I've been with them for almost a year now following a full hip replacement. The entire staff is wonderful, the facility is great, and the care they took to help me with my recovery was unmatched. They truly listened to my feedback, came up with solutions, and as an added bonus, worked with me and my childcare situation with a baby so that I could still attend. I absolutely recommend the entire group, as they made this experience the best I could ask for, given the situation. 11/10 experience.

The staff at Benchmark are very helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. They actively listen to you to aid in their evaluation for the best course of action. They work with you to accommodate your schedule for your physical therapy. I would highly recommend any of the PTs on staff!

I worked with DPT Mariah for 5 1/2 months and saw great improvement and learned very helpful exercises. She gave me very helpful pointers and a reminder of the exercises for me to continue to maintain and progress and the contact info in case I need more help later. She is very knowledgeable and is capable of explaining, guiding and teaching how and why to do the exercises. She is patient yet firm and is able to explain with diagrams, analogies and out-of-the-box thinking when needed. She helps solve problems and introduces exercises that help with making progress. And she’s fun to work with. The staff is friendly and encouraging, the sessions are on time. It’s a great place to receive PT.

For the past 5 months, this organization has helped me physically AND mentally. Though we take it day by day with each exercise and the results, mentally, I have been able to reach a stage where I can take care of myself outside the practice. Every staff member has been welcoming, helpful, and most importantly, encouraging! They strengthen my mind as well as my body, and I'm forever grateful for that. Thank you, Benchmark.

I can't say enough about my son's pediatric OT, Sarah. She's knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful at both demonstrating and explaining exercises and concepts to my Kindergartner in a way that he can understand. I also love that she is willing to talk through any current issues or needs we have AND create a goal-oriented plan to address those needs. I highly recommend!

I've been taking my 12-year old son here for Occupational Therapy every week for over six months. We love it! The front desk are friendly and helpful. Our OT, Sarah, is amazing with him. He can be a bit of a challenge at times, but she's always upbeat and thinking of creative ways to engage him. She always takes time at the end of each session to ask me if I have questions or concerns for her to add into his plan.

the team at Benchmark is incredibly knowledgeable and loves to work with patients to help them improve the quality of their lives. I highly recommend. I will probably have to return and I can't imagine going anyplace else.

I don’t recommend taking your kids here. Terrible experience and one of the worst people (the one with the eyebrows because the front desk refused to disclose her name) I’ve ever dealt with in working with children. We were set to get established here as patients but had to deal with a calloused and terrible staff. 10/10 run if your child gets sent here. Don’t do it.

Very happy with Mariah and her help. Together we had a goal for me to get better with my problem and she was awesome.Roshelle the front desk receptionist was always a smiling face and joy to talk to when I arrived in office. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone.

Hi there, I hope this is a misunderstanding. The front desk told me that they will only send my son’s evaluation form to the dad, not me as a mom. I am surprised. I have to address my privileges as a parent. She finally said that she will reach someone to call me back. I called three times in the past two weeks, but no one called me back so far. I wish someone can call me as I was told (this time, they told me that the administrator will call me tomorrow on 1/3/23).Update: they did call me and set up everything well, so I put five stars to them.
