“Two Bikes will be my first stop bike shop in Knoxville going forward. I came in as a novice rider in need of having an old road bike tuned up/prepared for to train for a Triathlon -- Aaron was able to kindly guide me toward what the bike needed and what I should do to make sure it was ready to go for the Triathlon (all within a very reasonable price). Really appreciate Two Bikes and, in particularly, Aaron for their collective kindness and how they effectively create a culture of accessibility around bikes. Thanks, again Two Bikes! See y'all soon!”

“This is a terrific shop! Surprisingly good selection of bikes, tools and accessories for a smaller store. This is a legit bike shop with serious road, mountain and gravel bikes. Lots of good stuff in a small space! Great resource if you need a mechanic. Very friendly and professional. Totally trust this team to take care of my mountain bikes.”

“It was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at a bike shop. I told them what I needed, and I got exactly what I needed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for every niche question i could come up with. Bike prices are the same as any online bike retailers, if not better. Selection of parts and bikes was very good. They even ordered me a niche handlebar I wanted. I will update on bike service quality, when the time comes, but I doubt it'll be anything less than excellent. The high rating of this shop makes sense.”

“Great hometown experience. No upsell like other bike stores in town. Son got a starter bike and when he’s better, no doubt will come back to Cedar Bluff Cycles.”

“These guy are awesome, man!

REI quoted my buddy $140ish dollars for a “tune-up”. Harper was $80 and for an extra $20 they basically detailed the bike!

I’ve bought some stuff there like a dropper post, a helmet and some small stuff. But don’t forget to service your bike!

They installed Cush-core in my hardtail’s rear tire and made my tires tubeless.

They’re always so good about answering questions and even helping with knowledge about a bike purchase even if you’re not buying for a year!

5 out of 5, these guys are govna!”

“I stopped by West Bikes because I was in the area and happened to have my bike in the car. It needed some adjustments to make it a more comfortable ride. I have to say I was amazed at the knowledge of bikes and patience with customers at this store. The adjustments didn't cost much and they had my bike ready the next day. I would give West Bikes 10 stars if I could. Best bike store around.”
