I just visited this store recently and I wish I would have checked it out sooner. Any time I've been by the parking lot was always empty looking and almost like it's closed but it's not! They have a bunch of really nice furniture and house goods to look at, the variety is large for the size of the store and the Holliday decorations are beautiful!

The customer service at this store is incredible. I am making this my mainstay store in Knoxville. Who says you cant get the best pricing and incredible customer service…you get it here.

This is one of the nicest and neatest Big Lots I've ever been in. It has to be the only one that I've ever visited in which no less than three employees actually greeted me within the first 5 minutes I was in the store, so yes, very friendly.It does seem to be a smaller store than some Big Lots I've seen, so there may not be as much selection as a larger store. Then again, maybe it seems that way just because it is so neat and organized. LOL!
