Bought $11,000 worth of furniture at Bill Cox. 3 of the drawer pull handles on the bedroom suite have broken. I asked them to reimburse us for purchase of replacement pull handles. They said “no”. I’ll never buy another piece of furniture from these greedy thieves.

This time last year we had the choice to purchase a new table and chairs from Bill Cox and one other seller. For the same brand, Canadel. We chose Bill Cox because we were told by the salesman (Jeffery) that our table would be delivered by the end of March, a whole two months earlier than the other seller. We were very excited because our only daughter was getting married on March 19th and Jeffery said he would press his Canadel sales rep to try and get the furniture two weeks early. Jeffery never ever followed up with us after the deal was signed and deposit made. We ended up not getting our table and chairs for two more moths, the same as the other seller promised, six months.Phone calls were never returned and if they were (once) I was treated like a bothersome woman.When said furniture was delivered there was a problem with one of the chairs. We were told that a whole new chair would be delivered and we could keep the old one. This was in May, it’s now October. We only got the chair because I called to check on it. I was told, yes the chair is here and we can set up delivery. A few days later I get a call saying they would only be switching out the seat to a new chair without the seat. We were not getting a whole new chair. The delivery and set up guys showed up today. When they left I checked out the chair. It wobbles.If you want to hand over your hard earned money to a really sly salesman, with no customer service and zero effort to contact you and be true at their word, pick Bill Cox.Otherwise I recommend you spend your furniture dollars elsewhere.

My wife and I purchased a $2,800 leather couch with Bill Cox himself as the sales person. We were impressed with Bill’s seemingly knowledgeable manner and the quality of his product ( as expressed by Bill Cox) and his promise to always back up his sales. That was in April 2021 and in August 2021 our 4 month old premium leather couch showed signs that the outward leather was worn off at the headrest. This is where I sit to view television ( please see picture). I wear no hair products, I am not taking any medications that may cause this and no chemical cleaners were used on the couch. Bill Cox Furniture was contacted in August 2021 with pictures provided to Billy, at the time, the warehouse manager whose responsibilities included taking care of such matters. It was 2 months before he called me back and said a new part was ordered. In December 2021 he called me to say the part had been shipped after I visited the showroom to complain again in mid December. It is now March 9, 2021 and all I get when I call is excuses for me not having the part and for Billy being busy and not returning my calls. On March 9, I called and left a message for Bill Cox to call me. Let’s see if and how long it will take for his return call.To make a long story short, do not expect to receive service after any sell with this organization. I would steer clear of this place if I were in the market to purchase any “high end” purchase. They are not truthful and only provide excuses for their inferior products sold at premium prices.I was fooled, and led to believe a lot of untruths! ( last two pictures taken when the claim was filed in August 2021 so you can see in the first two pictures how the problem has worsened to March 9, 2022).Update July 19, 2022. Still no response from Bill Cox Furniture. I think it is about time to call a lawyer!

I was referred to Bill Cox Furniture this week and I am so grateful. I had ordered a bed from an online vendor with plenty of time for it to arrive before my guests. The bed never arrived and after several days of trying to get it, I was in a tough spot with family arriving soon and no bed for them to sleep on. Within minutes of walking through the door at Bill Cox Furniture, I found several beds I liked (all in stock) and the Cox family personally made sure my bed would arrive when I needed it. They earned me as a lifelong customer and made it look easy. Great selection of furniture and the best service from beginning to end. The bed was delivered and assembled exactly as promised. Thank you so much!

After shopping many furniture stores in the area and feeling like we just weren't getting the service and follow through we wanted, we finally found this gem! Wonderful service AND if you see it on the showroom floor, it's in stock! We've been back three times and will continue to shop here. Five stars all the way!

I absolutely love the pieces I bought. The dinette is the most beautiful dinette I have ever had. The king bed and night stands are equally fine, well made and lovely. We also got a queen bed and night stand, just as awesome as the rest.I will return to finish furnishing our new home

I had a good relationship with Gail our salesperson. Not too happy with how the customer service person acted when we had to cancel and no understanding of a work . However Gail returned our call and settled us and said it will be resolved amicably. So we will see how it goes :)

Shocked and disappointed at Bill Cox Furniture! Because they insist on calling themselves a "family owned business," we assumed they would have a strong sense of community. NO! We found a staff that insists on remaining maskless during a pandemic. We were told by family staffing the store "We don't need to wear masks." Public health experts tell us masks should be worn even after exposure to the Covid-19 virus and vaccination. But, apparently, these furniture sellers know more than doctors, virologists, and epidemiologists. The Bill Cox family does not care about our community! Shame on them!!! We were disappointed, and felt so unsafe in the store that we took our business to Rooms to Go, where we purchased a dining room set and bedroom furniture. All staff remain masked at Rooms to Go- courteous and professional.
