Blue Ridge Yoga is a wonderful place to workout, improve coordination, balance, mind control, personal confidence, and just make friends. The family atmosphere is so welcoming to everyone, and the variety of classes and community activities providesomething for everyone. I’ve taken many yoga classes in several different cities. Blue Ridge ranks at the top, above and beyond the rest! Come and enjoy!

Blue Ridge Yoga is a special place with an amazing staff! This is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I am always welcomed into the studio by my first name, and already feel like I am a part of the Blue Ridge community. I have attended several different classes and enjoyed each one and the instructors too. I look forward to my Monday Wednesday and Friday morning classes!

The quality of the classes is excellent and for all levels. The environment at the academy is friendly and they make feel at home.The only observation I have is that sometimes the classes have been very crowded making a little difficult to do the exercises correctly.

I’ve lived in Knoxville for 20+ years and tried so many different exercise options, but this is the first place that’s made it stick. The vibe is welcoming and so lovely and inclusive, and the workouts are just perfect. I love the mixture of an all levels flow class, weight lifting, and yogalates. I end the week feeling accomplished and refreshed. And the best part is that you will be surrounded by the most welcoming people. ?

Blue Ridge Yoga is an amazing place! I’ve been practicing here for a few months and it has been an awesome experience. It is a warm and welcoming environment where the instructors foster positive growth and healing. There is a variety of classes, community activities, and creative fundraisers.It is more than just a yoga studio; it is a place where fitness and peace come together in a center for wellness. I'm grateful to be part of this positive, supportive and inclusive community of yogis. Very good instructors with the training and experience to make any practitioner, just beginning or with years of experience, feel at home. Plus, the community outreach and engagement with local nonprofits and businesses doing good work in the community is inspiring.

This is my happy place! I recommend it to everyone looking to move their body in a body positive place. I’m in my early 30s and work everyday until 6pm and still make it to 3-4 classes per week. Monday (weight lifting), Wednesday (Yogalates) and Thursday (deep stretch) are my favorite + whatever I’m feeling for a weekend. They have virtual zoom classes, too!! You can also pause your membership if you’re going out of town and they have community fundraising events- like yoga in museums, in the TN theatre, sound baths at the studio, and more!!

Hands down the best yoga studio in TN! I always take classes here when I’m in town. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and caring. I also love how much they’ve given back to the community. You know Blue Ridge really cares about their community!

A wonderful studio with a variety of classes and a very accommodating schedule! I was nervous for my first class as someone who has been out of practice for a while, but I knew I would be joining as a member as soon as I finished my first class. I felt immediately welcomed and have had a great experience with each instructor I've been in class with. I am also amazed at the amount that BRY gives back to the community each month with their fundraising classes. You will truly feel like a part of a tight-knit community with events like game nights and book swaps, and also yoga retreats (including international!!). Joining the studio has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself! Thank you Jess and crew

I have been practicing Yoga at Blue Ridge for a few Years. The studio offers a fantastic, kind and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.Classes and teachers are great from beginners to advance lessons, including meditation and restorative yoga. I fully recommend them!

Blue Ridge offers a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere to practice yoga. The instructors are very insightful and thorough. I personally love the Gentle Yoga and Weightlifting Class, and am looking forward to trying all of the classes offered..
