And with the nerve racking headache it is to do all that is necessary for another car, King Collision was the best experience we had with anybody! They were excellent in keeping us informed twice a week, they were excellent at being inline with the insurance. They gave us great advise and was just overall a awesome place. “Came for a 2nd estimate, after an estimate with the car dealership. Was provided a fair estimate by Drake and he ordered the needed parts. Upon delivery, we scheduled the repair.
During the repair, the front desk staff was exceptional. They greeted me, coordinated with service, and even offered beverages.

“Jeff is very knowledgeable and does exactly what he says. He looked at my bumper underneath, went in the office, looked up the parts and provided me with a quote, said if get the parts, he'll do the labor which is exactly what I wanted. Got the parts, called and he had me in the next day... following morning, had it ready and actually charged me LESS than he quoted. If that isn't honest, I don't know what is. Other shops wanted 5 times what he charged me. I'm taking my wife's vehicle in soon for a fender repair and have no reservations about his work or ethics. I would give this shop 6 stars if I could. He's a bit direct and old school, might be off putting to some folks as mentioned on here, but in no way is he rude or anything but straight forward. Gladly recommend!”
