I visited this Boost Mobile store to get a new phone but was disappointed by the customer service. The sales representative with blondish hair and tattoo sleeves, wasn’t worth remembering her name ignored my questions, focusing instead on Snapchat and TikToks, and showing videos to coworkers. Despite repeatedly declining additional products, I was pressured to buy them. Frustrated, I left and took my business elsewhere.

Arrived at store 2.20 pm. Employee finally got back 30 minutes later to open the door. Not a single iPhone for sale. Very rude

Worst service I ever got from a phone company, representative taking personal calls while not trying to help me and did not even have a way to check my phone that I got off Facebook marketplace to verify that it would work even though it's from boost.

Went down to get a iPhone 12 but didn't have any in stock, Usmang talked me through ordering it online and said if I have any problems to call him. Even tho I didn't buy anything the service was great!

They literally can’t do anything at this location. Went in to get the phones I bought from boost activated and they have to call corporate and then told us they can’t do anything so we have to call them. Waste of time even going.

The service was excellent the lady Alyssa who helped went above and beyond to help me get my phone up and running. The people who work at this location are vary polite and friendly.

My 1st month of service was actually pretty good until my bill came due. I was supposed to be on Auto pay, and it was not setup correctly. I got a text a couple of weeks before the bill was due saying I had been credited the amount of my bill. I went to the store, and they had no explanation for this. My bill came due, and they did not take the money. I got a text at 3:00 in the morning saying that my account had been suspended. The phone was however still on. I went to another store location for an explanation. I was told me that everything was okay, and my bill was not due for a month. The next day my phone was cut off in the middle of a Doordash delivery. I went to the store. They said I actually did have a credit on my account, and they would apply it to my bill, but it would take 2 hours for it to post, and my account to be active again. I waited 5 hours, and nothing. I went back to the store, and they called customer service again. This time they said it would be 24 hours before they would be able to reactivate the account with absolutely no explanation of why that was the case. I went ahead, and paid the bill in order to resume service, but I'm seriously considering switching, and I suggest everyone avoid getting service with boost mobile. Also the store employees told me the credit was going to be added to my account, and I could use it for next month. That was nothing, but a lie.
