Worst service I ever got from a phone company, representative taking personal calls while not trying to help me and did not even have a way to check my phone that I got off Facebook marketplace to verify that it would work even though it's from boost.

Went down to get a iPhone 12 but didn't have any in stock, Usmang talked me through ordering it online and said if I have any problems to call him. Even tho I didn't buy anything the service was great!

They literally can’t do anything at this location. Went in to get the phones I bought from boost activated and they have to call corporate and then told us they can’t do anything so we have to call them. Waste of time even going.

My 1st month of service was actually pretty good until my bill came due. I was supposed to be on Auto pay, and it was not setup correctly. I got a text a couple of weeks before the bill was due saying I had been credited the amount of my bill. I went to the store, and they had no explanation for this. My bill came due, and they did not take the money. I got a text at 3:00 in the morning saying that my account had been suspended. The phone was however still on. I went to another store location for an explanation. I was told me that everything was okay, and my bill was not due for a month. The next day my phone was cut off in the middle of a Doordash delivery. I went to the store. They said I actually did have a credit on my account, and they would apply it to my bill, but it would take 2 hours for it to post, and my account to be active again. I waited 5 hours, and nothing. I went back to the store, and they called customer service again. This time they said it would be 24 hours before they would be able to reactivate the account with absolutely no explanation of why that was the case. I went ahead, and paid the bill in order to resume service, but I'm seriously considering switching, and I suggest everyone avoid getting service with boost mobile. Also the store employees told me the credit was going to be added to my account, and I could use it for next month. That was nothing, but a lie.

I finally gave up on Cricket after being with them for 10 years. In less than 2 years, I had to replace 3 phones. Yes, they were under warranty....but a nuisance. Not my fault; the phones just developed all kinds of problems. The battery saver option would not turn off; there was no sound;and my text messages did not go through.And they have a new crew there, who did not inspire my confidence. So I switched to Boost, which my grand daughter recommended. I am more than satisfied. I got a great new phone free...larger screen and way more storage space. The person waiting on me., I think her name was Deanna..was top notch. She was very knowledgeable..she transferred everything accurately. Last new phone, Cricket just changed my Gmail address... I guess because they couldn't figure out how to keep my old one! So far, the change has been awesome.

Stopped in here to ask about their pre-paid internet. I was sick of contracts, and tired of dealing directly with Comcast, AT&T, and whoever else was out there. Found that they had a stellar deal on a WiFi router (even though it was through Comcast, boo...), no contracts, month-to-month, for less than I was paying. Got me setup and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Had my internet up and running in less than an hour. Also have my phone through Boost, and am extremely happy with the price point and coverage. Highly recommend these dudes.
