they have cancelled my reservation twice. they wait to cancel it the day before, when it was made weeks in advance. then they hang up on you. unbelievable for it to happen once much less twice in a year.

Car looked like it was simply moved back into the driver queue after being turned in. No floormats, smudges on console. I had a deadline though. But it only got worse, acceleration was leggy in the mountains, the car was a Camry, but it clearly had been beaten by previous renters. The truck slammed into the back window, the steering wheel had to be jerked roughly side to side to start it occasionally, and the fuel Guage never moved. It was a great vacation but I was in a mountainous area and could not get in touch with the airport location (it was busy) so I called the national number. Finally the last day of my trip I got reception and got through...they tried to do a car swap, but I was I'm the middle of nowhere far from the airport. Eventually at the airport waiting for my flight I explained to them how dangerous it was to drive a car that clearly needed maintenence done, and that I wanted my money back. They acquiesced, that is why I gave them a 3 star rating. They charged me initially over $400 for the worst lemon experience that I had ever had at a rental place. Customer service was polite.

I've rented cars from this location several times and each time they have been helpful and professional. Tony is a great person to work with to make your experience go as smooth as possible.

Fantastic experience with them. Got there ahead of my time and they were very accommodating. Got my pick of 3 vehicles which was a bonus. Had to call back to get something fixed and they took care of it. Really recommend. Very pleasant. Prompt service. Friendly. I'd rent from here again.

Reserved a rental car for 2 days. Was given a verbal confirmation that my prepaid debit card would work for the 250.00 deposit. Once arrived to pick up the vehicle they had already charged me 93.74 on my chime card but couldn't accept that card for the deposit. Now I'm stuck without a vehicle and no clue if I'll receive my money back. Be warned

Superb customer care and helpful recommendations for navigating the rental and associated "frequent renter" benefits process. Definitely my favorite car rental experience(s) of all time.That said, booking online is less expensive than doing it at the counter ? if you do book on-site, they will be just as friendly and helpful, though.

It's ashame I have to give it one star. This is the worse Budget location by far I have ever used. My local office made a mistake and they kept yelling it was my problem. Then tried to gang up on me and belittle me. There are other offices in the area I would highly suggest using them. This location wasn't professional from the moment I walked in. They were dressed terribly and kept saying very disgusting verbiage to me and the customer care rep. I did report it and filed a customer service claim. I would hate to think they treat people like this on a regular but the gas station down the street said its their typical reputation. Please use Enterprise or another Budget location. This office isn't typical Budget quality.

I prepaid for car ahead of time online and was approved. Got to this location to be told no i cant get a car. They didn’t even issue the refund. I was charged $150 cancellation fee even though I didn’t cancel they did for whatever reason… i getting refund though from the corporation… i do not recommend!

I will stick with Enterprise Car Rental. I was Quoted a price online for $182 for 5 days. I was charged $276 because of all the added fees. I’m surprised your not charged a Standing in line Fee. It’s a legal way for them to steal extra money from you
