Picked out some semi-expensive cards, one of this big wig employees or whoever they were decided to shuffle the cards in his hands while waiting to use the register. Now this may be a nit-pick. But id like the cards I am wanting to buy to stay in the same condition as when I picked them out. ESPECIALLY with how much they are charging me for them. Not buying from here again

This store looks great and I was enjoying the nostalgia, but my joyful experience was unfortunately ruined by a disgruntled employee. I don't know his name, but he was a pretty big tall guy who just showed a negative attitude and even complained about his pay openly. I was only in there for about 5 to 10 minutes and all five people who had a question he answered with unnecessary aggression and aggregation. If I was the owner, I would recommend finding a replacement because I don't think his problem is trainable.

Excellent top notch shop offering everything from card game supplier to retro video games and awesome toys. Staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this store and it's staff.

One of the greatest video game stores I have ever been to in my life, they had a very nice collection of classic retro games and consoles including SNES games complete in box and I finally was able to get a backward compatible PlayStation 3 console I been looking for years. If you're a retro gamer this is absolutely the right store to visit. Will definitely go there again when I get the chance.

There is an amazing selection and variety of amazing products and unique items and consoles. The issue would be purchasing anything on a credit or debit card. I wanted to get a taco bell PS4 and a halo 4 Xbox 360. Total was over a $1,000.00. Showed two forms of ID, which is acceptable. It's a decent amount of money. My closest bank Is 60 miles away. The owner on the phone said he wouldn't take credit or debit, just cash. Why would I drive 120 miles round trip to take out cash?Regardless, amazing store and quality just weird policies on card purchases.

I’m not usually one to write bad reviews but the employees at this CM games are awful. They made an autistic joke about my nephew who said he liked yugioh. The employee said “I like trains” which is a joke about autistic people online. It was completely inappropriate. They also sold him a piggy bank that my nephew openly told him he thought was a puzzle. They did not correct him or let him know it was a piggy bank version. As a retail manager myself I would never let a customer walk out with a product I knew was not what the customer wanted. The whole experience was awful and very disappointing. I will not be returning which is extremely disappointing since my nephew loves yugioh and Pokémon. I would give negative stars if I could. There is never a need to make jokes about autism especially in front of a child on the spectrum.

CM Games is my go-to place for all things TCG, and I can't help but express my gratitude to Jerry, Brian, and Cajun for their exceptional work and incredible assistance. Every time I visit the store, they go above and beyond to help me find the perfect cards for my collection and provide valuable insights into the gaming world. Their passion and knowledge are evident, making the shopping experience truly enjoyable. With their guidance, I've discovered rare and sought-after cards that have added so much value to my collection. Thanks to the awesome team at CM Games, I'm always looking forward to my next visit!

Well-organized, easy to navigate, and friendly, knowledgeable staff make this a wonderful atmosphere to shop in. Being able to have a spacious area to jam games with friends while also having fun events to play in consistently all lead to a quality experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the TCG scene to check out.

Purchased a special edition PS4 in the box for $450. I was excited to get the PS4 home and open it up only to find out that it was in horrible condition. The return policy is completely laughable as well as the warranty that I purchased with it, I would not recommend spending money here. I would’ve had better luck going to eBay or Mercari.

The people are very kind and great working here but the way most of the staff handles cards you buy is very disappointing, many times my card has been put straight into a hard sleeve with no penny sleeve, then smacked onto the table almost always causing slight damage to the card when it slams against the bottom of the hard case which is no big deal if I’m a kid buying a card to put in my pocket and play on the playground but I grade and sell cards. Other than that very nice people and a nice selection of cards and tournaments.

Cashier took a picture of my brother's card since he was making an expensive purchase and had to get the manager's approval, and posted it in a private chat on Discord. He was told to immediately delete the picture. While the card selection was great, that whole transaction ruined the store experience for me and my brother.

Awful for selling games. If you thought selling at gamestop was bad, you have no idea. This store is significantly worse and honestly an embarrassment. A stack of games that all but one were in near perfect condition (the image attached are the games) that i was offered $60 for at gamestop was apparently only worth $20 at CM Games. I could probably sell them all on ebay for $80-$90. Last year, i tried to sell a Gameboy Advanced and a copy of Pokémon Sapphire both in good condition, and was offered $40. If you are going to sell your games, absolutely do not ever do it at this store. Just turn to eBay, it may take longer but at least you'll get what they're actually worth. To give them some credit, their prices on more recent used games are pretty decent, and the employees are friendly, but if you're looking to sell just go somewhere else.

I give a 4-star rating only because most of the staff was lazy and unhelpful. Only one staff member was eager and willing to help customers. I noticed anytime a customer had a question or needed help Shawn was the only one that was responsive. He also had a very wide knowledge of various video games and animes. He is a perfect fit for his career choice. I also noticed while he was working the floor and being super helpful and friendly that his co-workers were being lazy and even talking amongst themselves making fun of Shawn. Maybe they should take a page from his book and be more helpful and friendly. Great job Shawn and thank you for your generous help. I hope the next time I go in there he's there cause I know I'll get whatever help I need.

Buyer beware. Owners are known to scale loose Yugioh packs to pull out the best cards. Bought 24 packs of photon hypernova here and received 24 supers. Really not fair to your customers, guys.
