I admire and support businesses like this whose owner is very truthful about the products in her store. Cathy isn’t the type of person who would try to sell products simply to take your money but her main goal is for you to also experience the kind of natural healing that she herself has gone through thru.Pay by cash and you don’t get charged with the 3% extra charge. There is also an atm machine inside her store.You get to be welcomed by her friendly and cute white dog who seems to be relaxed and chill too like Cathy who has been very patient in listening to what we have shared about typical pharmaceutical meds.

5 Stars all around. This place is awesome, only been back a few times and every product I've tried works. As someone with chronic pain in my joints the heating balm is a game changer. Definitely worth a visit.

Having anxiety was a major reason I looked into cbd, another reason I was anxious to even walk into a place to try it. I'm thankful I walked into Carolina Help Co. They instantly made me feel comfortable and helped me find what would be best for me. They even have a resident dog that greets you. Excellent selection, excellent experience.

I recently moved to town and was looking for a good shop. This place has met and exceeded my expectations. The owner is very Knowledgeable and extremely nice. Very conveniently located right along the suburbs of Knoxville, this is a prime location for all of your hemp product needs. Whether you are looking fot THCA flower, prerolls, lotions, gummies, or even backpacks and clothes you'll find what you're looking for here.The store's mascot, an adorable little white dog named Lincoln, greets you as you enter this little hemp paradise. Informative scientific posters line the wall, teaching you about the many products, their many health benefits, and their many different uses and applications. The attention to detail is phenomenal, like the color coordinated glass blown pipes matching the colors of different books about hemp behind them.Any questions can be answered by the store's sage and owner Kathy. She's very knowledgeable and experienced in the field, and her products are second to none.Stay away from the many overpriced and underquality stores around. Do yourself a favor and stock up here while you're nearby. And if you're lucky enough to live close, consider yourself blessed. This is where I'll be stopping everytime I'm in Knoxville/Asheville.

I absolutely love this place. With so many options throughout Knoxville, I feel so lucky to have found Kathy and her shop. No doubt, she has the best quality products and she really knows her stuff. Lincoln, her cute doggie, greeting you when you walk in is the cherry on top. Definitely check them out!

Having tried several brands and stores over the years; I've found really good quality products here. You won't get gas station / head shop junk products here. Kathy is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to recommend products based on your needs. You'll find good brands here that you can't find anywhere else.

This shop is so cute! Kathy was amazing with her cannabis knowledge and wonderful hospitality. Her fur baby was in the store and that was the icing on the cake for me. Stopping through on my way back home on a road trip! Definitely check it out :)

Kathy is so helpful and knowledgeable about all of her cbd and hemp products. Lincoln is the best greeter! I like the cbd drinks and the gummy products. She also has oils and bath drops to relax with. The best place to find help to stress in your life. Thank you Kathy and Lincoln!

Carolina Hemp Co is Awesome! My absolute favorite CBD store in Knoxville, hands down. Kathy is a wonderful person, full of information and advice.
